We enjoyed 12 nights in Sampieri. This is the first floor apartment of a villa with 3 or 4 other apartments. The location is indeed five minutes from the beach, sea view from the exceptional terrace. Spacious accommodation. Matteo our host was very friendly and helpful with any minor issues. If it party time in Pata Pata then hold on to your socks in the bedroom to the front. Local shops all within a few minutes walk. Items for improvement, kitchen equipment could be improved and the washing machine should be replaced. Absolutely loved being here.

Lovely, spacious apartment with three big bedrooms, two very nice bathrooms, washing machine, big and well equipped kitchen. Big terrace with sea view and shade. A short walk from the magnificent Sampieri beach and from the village centre. Nice, responsive host. Very good value!

There is only one AC, so it takes time to cool down the whole apartment. It wasn’t uncomfortable even though it was very hot during our stay, but it meant that we had the windows closed and the AC on more than we normally would.

very tasty, stylish and spacious apartment, close to the seaside, beautiful beach and the town with a beautiful view. Very nice, helpful and accessible host. A very good place for the trips to Scicli, Modica or Ragusa.

the house is about 100 m from the main road and in the night it could be a bit noisy for more sensitive people, not used to the traffic, but it can be heard only from one bedroom, living room and the tarrace. The wifi connection was poor.
