Great apartment! Cozy and comfortable. Furnished and fitted with all you need. In a great location.

The complex it’s like a resort, 2 external pools, 1 hot tub, a nice indoor heated pool, gym and sauna.

Leaving abroad for so many years is not that I didn’t like, it’s that I forgot about the level of security used by this kind place.

Amenities (Olympic-sized pool, sauna, little park with jogging track, gym and multiple play areas for kids...) are extraordinary. Apartment was generally very well appointed (2 TV s with 1 CD player, desk top computer, wine cooler, generous household supplies and bedding). Brazilian people in the condo are friendly and very respectful of older folks. The landscaping is superb, and green areas very well maintained .

Although the overall design of the Condominium complex is remarkable, there are a few shortcomings such as the Sound proofing inside apartments, and the lack of hot water on the sinks ( showers have hot water). Kitchen utensils are not at par with the rest of the facility, and this could be quickly remedied.
