We enjoyed our stay in K-House. The quality of the services provided, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast choices and the facilities were all excellent. When it comes to being close to points of interest, it depends what you're looking for. The beach is just 2 minutes away on foot, that is great.

It was a bit hard to communicate with some of the staff sometimes, especially those who worked in the morning (I am not referring to the kitchen staff, but the hotel staff). It would be nice (but it's absolutely not a deal breaker) to have more uniformity in the level of english spoken by the staff. :)

객실이 넓고 청결했으며 리셉션 직원분께서 정말 친절하셨어요! 우리 아이들이 1층 내려가서 놀았을때 말걸어주시고 머리도 묶어주셨다고 하네요~ 감사합니다! 조식 종류가 많지 않지만 오히려 너무 많은 것보다 좋습니다. 쌀국수, 오므렛 등 주문하면 만들어 주십니다. 수영장도 매일 관리해주셔서 깔끔합니다. 아, 바로 옆 하트스파 완전 가깝고 좋습니다.

단 한가지..ㅠ 수압이 좀 약해요 이 부분만 개선된다면 다낭 여행 숙소로 베스트입니다~!

We absolutely loved this place! Everything is clean and beautiful surroundings. Room was big. Pool area nice, good breakfast! Staff was so good! We were well taking care of, like a part of family. Laundry service worked amazingly! Beach is just around the corner. This is a place also where they really welcomed kid’s as guests! Also there is really good massage spa next to hotel.

There are minimart’s nearby but restaurants are around the corner. With crab-app is easy to order food and taxi.

Rooms are worn out and bare furnished although the rooms were probably the largest ones we have had in all Vietnam. Staff at the breakfast didn’t speak English and was not friendly at all - cooking lady was watching loud movies/songs which was very disturbing to all guests trying to enjoy their breakfast.

미케해변과 근접한 숙소여서 위치는 만족스러웠고, 간단히 끼니 챙기기에 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장이 엄청 크지 않지만 여럿 놀기에 괜찮은 크기여서 조카들이 재밌게 놀았습니다. 직원 분들도 친절하셨습니다.

화장실 겸 샤워실 문이 제대로 안닫혀서 조금 불편했고, 더운 나라이기도 하고 계절 탓으로 습해서 그런지 방안이 조금 습한편이였고 꿉꿉한 냄새도 조금 있었지만 에어컨틀면 금방 전체적으로 시원해지고 쾌적해져서 크게 문제되진 않았습니다.

The car pick up service to Hoi An could have been more smooth.

The staff was so amazing. They were so friendly and helped us with every request we had. The rooms were clean and so beautiful. The location is great and is so close to many great places especially the ocean. We were blown away and will be staying here again in the future. Thank you for all your efforts. Cozy and well designed space, both for the common areas and for the room itself. Good value for the price. Also decent breakfast. Staff were also very helpful.

We liked pretty much everything. Perhaps the only thing to note would be that the sea view from the room is slightly blocked by the design of the balcony window.

Felt like the entire area surrounding us was a building site which took away some of the relaxation of the stay. We were only in transit with an early morning flight so it was fine for our needs but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

the place is conveniently located on Danang. the place is beautifully decorated with the many plants.

When we first entered the room, the floor of the two bedroom apartment was not vacuum and mopped. That very day my husband couldn’t take it and used the towel that we brought to mop the floor. I informed the staff but nothing really changed. I think guests are entitled to have cleaned floor. please kindly ensure that no one guests would have to go through what we went through. The room should have blacked out curtains so that we couldn’t be awoken by the bright sun by 5 am. The breakfast was basic, could have a better spread.

The floor of the lobby and area near the pool was very slippery from people walking inside while wet from the pool. Not many options for breakfast.

I loved the location near the beach, but away from noisy traffic. Also loved very good breakfast (omelette menu, fresh fruit and veggies, sandwich materials and Vietnamese breakfast options, breakfast cereals), staff was very polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, towels were changed daily. Cleaning crew did awesome job. I would also recommend Spa next to the hotel.

Contemporary décor, spacious rooms, superb location, overall good value for money. The staff even helped us setting up a kitchen in our room for us to cook n eat

Should have more veg & chicken options for breakfast. We had a tough time as most of the breakfast options were with beef n pork

+ Location. Very easy to get anywhere around Da Nang. 3min walk to the beach, 5min drive to the Dragon Bridge, 20min ride to the Marble Mountains, 15min to the Chua Linh Ung temple, 30min ride to Ba Na Hills. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. + Staff was very kind. + Beautiful garden in the front of the hotel and cute pool area (although a bit small). + Large room. + Quiet and functional AC. + Decent WiFi. + Small corner kitchen. + Balcony with sea view.

- Soundproofing. The windows and the balcony had very bad isolation. During the day and in the evenings and early mornings it was very noisy from the motorbikes on the main street and the karaoke bars around. At night it was a bit quieter. - The breakfast. It covers all the basics, but it wasn't anything special. You have to ask for coffee and eggs, for self-service you only had some pastries, some local snacks, fruits, and juices. The breakfast area is also very small so it gets easily crowded and/or hard to find a table. - Our room walls was covered in mold and the AC was leaking during the first day (see pictures) - We had TV in the room but no TV channels, luckily you could use YouTube at least.

The K-House's staff was very kind and attentive. Overall our stay was great. I would recommend it.

Small, inexpensive and cosy hotel. The staff is friendly and solves problems for you. Breakfast is not rich but good. I recommend this hotel.

the staff was really kind and helpful. on our last day, they kept our luggage after checkout and gave access to a shower in the evening. the hotel itself was nice, very close to the beach, good value for the money.

there were not many options for breakfast, and it’d be difficult to find something to eat if we stayed there for longer than a couple of nights.

The location was superb. The staff was cooperative and welcoming. The room was spacious and neat. As we are vegetarians the staff put an extra efforts for preparing vegetarian options,which was really good. Overall a good decision..

The room was spacious and My khe beach is just few meters away. The main market with good restaurants is also nearby. Overall a good experience with very sweet staff :) The breakfast was alright.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful. They handled all questions and requests professionally. Also breakfasts were great!!
