Location, Location, Location! Immaculately Kept!
Louez cette fantastique maison dans son ensemble. Il est parfaitement maintenu. Vous pouvez louer par week-end, en semaine, semaine complète et options étendues. C'est tout simplement un minimum de 3 nuits avec la seule stipulation que vous ne pouvez pas vous enregistrer ou sortir un samedi. Vous pouvez louer autant de nuits que vous le souhaitez. Cependant, nous restons ensemble les week-ends. Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix est de louer du dimanche au vendredi.
La propriété est aménagée pour divertir avec une cuisine complète et un espace bar complet qui fait office de cuisine. Il y a un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver / sèche-linge et un réfrigérateur sur chacun des 2 niveaux de la maison. Il y a aussi un pont en taille réelle sur chacun des 2 niveaux et un parking pour 4 à 6 voitures.
Soyez l'envie des passants ... ce lieu a été construit récemment et comprend des armoires haut de gamme, des éviers doubles en acier inoxydable à montage en surface avec des comptoirs en granit. Les appareils sont en acier inoxydable, y compris le réchaud à deux feux Jennair à 5 feux et à deux fours. La laveuse / sécheuse sont de taille normale. Les salles de bain ont un comptoir en corian et des toilettes Toto non obstruées. We were a group of 15 girls in late 20s/early 30s and the house was perfect for us! Had a blast! Everything on the listing was perfectly described and we had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was incredibly spacious and our large group of girls fit very comfortably. Not to mention the mattresses were extremely comfortable! Enough bathrooms to accommodate a 19 person party. The location was truly incredible. Within walking distance to the bars/restaurants and a block and a half to the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave very clear directions. Highly recommend!

Maria was an excellent host and the house was gorgeous. I still can't believe we found a 20 person house so close to the main strip in Dewey. Clean, comfy, well maintained couldn't ask for more!

My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. We were able to walk to the beach each morning, there are plenty of food options around, and the starboard is less than a block away!
The house itself was amazing. With multiple refrigerators, kitchens and living spaces, everyone was able to hang out together when they wanted, but have privacy when needed.
I could not recommend a better place to stay in Dewey with a large group!

Immaculate and well located with high end appliances and two really well equipped kitchens. Walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants in Dewey and a six minute drive from Rehoboth. Comfortable beds and lots of closets and drawers.

Great location, clean and large accommodating spaces. I thought having two separate living areas would make them feel small but there was plenty of room on both floors for the whole family. As a bonus, the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Also, having a few umbrellas and chairs setup for us on the beach was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house. It was big and spacious, everyone in our group got their own room and the proximity to the beach and local Main Street/bars was so convenient. Communication with the property management leading up to and during the stay was also prompt and responsive.

The house was plenty big for all our family. Enough beds and liked the 6 full baths for all to use. Plenty of kitchen and refrigerator space. Able to walk to a lot of restaurants.

Our family reunion in Dewey Beach was so easy and delightful. The house was the perfect size for 7 adults and 7 kids, including teens and toddlers. The kitchen had everything we needed, but there were great spots just a block away. The beach was beautiful and very close. Everything was great.

The house was amazing! Everything we needed was available to us. The only thing that made me uncomfortable was that I felt like I was being watched by the owner. On Friday, the owners children were there doing “maintenance” though I wasn’t sure exactly what they were doing. And on check out day the owner showed up at 845 am as we were trying to pack up and clean up and began lecturing us about the trash. I was fully aware of how to do dispose of the trash if it didn’t fit designated trash cans but it seemed she assumed I was just going to leave it there. Afterward she waited at the bottom of the outdoor steps appearing to be monitoring us. Check out was 10am and we were out in plenty of time for her to come after that. I just felt very uneasy in the home like the owner was waiting for me to mess up or destroy her home. This group was a bunch of 30 something adults with homes and families of our own and very respectful of peoples homes.

This house was perfect for our group's stay during a friend's wedding. Plenty of rooms for each couple and plenty of bathrooms, which is prime for big groups getting ready for events. Proximity to the beach is choice.

This was a great place to spend a family Thanksgiving... This year we had some folks with specific dietary preferences/allergies and having two kitchens made it incredibly easy to keep everyone happy and safe. The location was great, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance even during the off-season, just watch out for the Town's Parking rules if you happen to put a car on the street for any reason!
Communication was great, and when we had a question right at the beginning of the stay she responded right away and helped resolve it.
While a little chilly during our stay, the double, large porches were places that would add even more space to an already large home - bedrooms were well furnished and decorated, with plenty of room and comfy beds for all. Would definitely rent again.

This is a gorgeous, nicely renovated home.
This place would be perfect for larger families or in our case a large group looking to have fun for a company weekend outing. Huge kitchen and perfect decks. By far the biggest and best place on the entire street. The landlord was an absolute sweet heart and she never bothered us even once. She communicated exceptionally well and was the best person I’ve rented from. Right behind the starboard and super close to the beach. High end large grill, nice bathrooms and nice indoor and outdoor furniture. Would recommend to any one. THANKS

Let me preface this by saying that 1) this is a really beautiful home in an absolutely perfect location and 2) I travel a lot for work so I've communicated with many owners. This was by far the single worst experience I've had, hands down. Let's start with the fact that the owner requires the second half of your payment to be sent via check or Zelle, which I've come to find out is a hilarious violation of VRBO's terms of service. In fact, their website states that "Criminals prefer these payment methods. Using them voids any guarantees from us." The owner contacted me after checkout to inform us someone in my party (a 35 year old man) somehow broke a boxspring and she would be withholding part of our security deposit. That's impossible to prove (the owner admits she didn't see it for herself, just a photo) but I have no options since I paid by check. So that's fun. We stay in Rehoboth every year, renting multiple properties. Signing a temporary lease/contract is typical and there's often additional fees for things like linens. I wish I'd read this contract more closely and by the time I did, we were stuck. The renter is responsible for cleaning, folding and putting away towels, texting the owner an hour before checkout and then remaking all of the beds with clean sheets. Sorry, but if you're trying to get a group of 20 out the door by 10AM (or pay a penalty), that's virtually impossible.Finally, the owner was kind enough to actually enter the property 10 minutes before checkout (actually a violation of her own contract) to passive-aggressively confront me about our failure to text her for clean sheets. It killed the vacation. Normally when I rent a place for the cost of a used car, I'd expect someone to answer my questions before check-in (she didn't) for the oven to work (it didn't) and to not be accused of destroying property without proof, while keeping my security deposit in direct violation of this sites actual rules. My advice to the owner- hire someone who knows hospitality management to manage your properties. You are the worst at it.

We had a wonderful time for our family at 114 Saulsbury St. Dewey Beach. The house was great, very clean with lots of amenities. It was perfect for our family vacation. Short walk to the beach and plenty of shops in town nearby. Maria was very responsive to any of our questions and requests

Terrific Space!
Great Space, Great Location and Great Communication! We had fourteen people for a family holidays gathering; ten adults and four kids. The bunk bedroom was perfect for the munchkins and the two kitchens and two gas fireplaces were perfect for the whole group (we hit the beach the same time as the Arctic Blast!) The welcome baskets were an especially nice touch. Thanks Again!

Just perfect for a large family
We (~20) spent the Thanksgiving weekend here. The quieter crowd congregated in one floor while the more rowdy bunch in another. It worked out great, and the location was perfect. The house was clean with all the amenities. The only thing missing was a game room with pool/ping pong table.
