Conveniently located near the base of Mt Washington for hiking and traveling to local attractions such as Polar Caves, Santa's Village, Clark's Bears. N Conway, etc. The basement had a rec room and TV which provided a great place for the kids to hang out in the evenings separate from the adults. Would book again!

This place has everything you need with plenty of space for a multi-generational group. It is close to skiing as well as many nearby locations to snowshoe. The fireplace was great to relax at night and the game room downstairs with shuffleboard and foosball kept us all entertained. 5 bedrooms and 4 showers provided privacy for all. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.
You cannot ask for a better owner who was quick to communicate and provide information.
Would highly recommend this place.

It was obviously disappointing to not have power, therefore usage of the unit, for the first day. I would expect some sort of refund for this. I appreciate it was not the homeowner's fault, but this was beyond a "bad weather day - can't ski, can't use the lodge, etc".

Great spot for a long weekend away with 3 families - 6 adults and 2 young children. Had plenty of room so we could all have privacy sleeping. Was nice to be able to meet up in that common area and still have our own space! The dining table was large and fit everyone easily. We cooked most of our meals at the rental and it had most everything we needed. No hot tub/spa whirlpool like listed.
Close to many hiking/walking trails and only 25 minutes from Santa's Village where we spent a day. Easy to find and all communications were quick and helpful! Easy rental process!

Condo was perfect! Had absolutely everything needed to make a stay for 11 people a memorable NH weekend away to socialize in the open floor plan and game room, while being comfortable & having privacy with the 5 bedrooms :) Highly recommend this property! Beautiful location and views to top it off!

We attended a family wedding in the area. Eight adults and one two year-old had plenty of space in this clean, modern, child friendly apartment. The table games in the basement were a big hit as was the decor.

We had a great stay at this condo! We had two toddlers, one 9 year old and six adults. We all fit perfectly and everyone had their own spaces. We went to all the kids theme parks, Clark’s Bears and the Conway railroad. Everything was ~30 minutes away which was the perfect length of time. I will say if you’re going in the summer, make sure to bring fans! There’s no AC so we had a fan in most rooms. It was still hot but we managed and still had a great time!!

I see that this property with a preteen, two kids, a baby and five adults and it was perfect for us. The house includes everything you would need, from a toddler bed to kitchenware and condiments. The bathrooms even had everything you would need for showering, as well as kids bath toys. George was excellent and communication, responding to me within 10 minutes of each of my inquiries. It does get pretty hot upstairs, but I think that air conditioning will be installed later this year, which will be great for the summer months. Overall, a great day and no complaints!

The unit was easy to find with the directions provided. I was having trouble with the door code and before I could find the number to call, George from VRBO called me ! He gave me a temporary passcode to gain entrance and before I was done unloading the car, the issue had been rectified. The unit was exactly as represented in the pictures. It could use a little TLC as some of the windows would not open due to old wood swelling, the ceiling fans in all of the rooms were a life saver but were in serious need of cleaning. Everything else was spotless and they are not kidding about be child friendly ( the first time I didn't have a child with me). Thank you so very much for a wonderful weekend,

Our’ camp’ for the last few years has been this condo located in the most beautiful location in the heart of the Whites..the lower level is great for kids and the up levels are open with plenty of Mountain View’s. Bretton Woods weekend
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Bretton Woods townhouse. We were 6 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room to eat together at the large table. Kitchen is well stocked and the kids enjoyed the basement game room. Very clean and comfortable home.

Ski Holiday Eutopia – what a privilege!
George, the owner was very responsive and answered everything quickly.
There is a reason this Vacation home gets Five stars, it’s a stellar home in a stellar location to the Bretton Woods Ski area. The Shuttle bus was still not running; however, the unit is basically 2-3mins from the hill, so it was a non-issue for us. You can actually watch the skiers from the back of this home, it’s an amazing privilege!
The home is well equipped with kitchen utensils. The usual things needed to keep teens and adults happy. The layout of the unit is fantastic. Enough room and space to allow kids and adults to have separation… if required. The Basement became the teen hang out, the shuffleboard and foosball were big hits. The Mud room for Ski boots and bags is a great addition, everyone can change without walking salt, snow, or mud into the unit. There was tones of firewood provided outside which is nice touch! The laundry room helped us to keep on top recycling towels and ski clothes.
The removal of trash and recycling was easy, it’s basically a few runs over to the adventure center at the ski hill. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this exceptional home. It would be good vacation home for two ‘close families’ to share or a large ‘ski-group.’ For our family this fantastic home gets... Five Stars!

Excellent condo for group!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo minutes from Bretton Woods with a beautiful view of the mountain. Kids (aged 5-9) loved having a play room downstairs which gave the adults some peace upstairs - plenty of room for our 3 families of 4. Highly responsive and accommodating owners; highly recommended!

Holiday Ski Trip
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The basement space was a huge hit with the kids, especially the game tables. The shuttle wasn't running to the mountain but driving took two minutes and we never had trouble parking. I would suggest more towels as there were not enough for all of us but overall the house works well for our group of 11.

This was probably the nicest rental we’ve experienced. The owner was VERY responsive when called- even stayed on the phone until the minor issue was resolved! This place went above our expectations. The beds were truly like a cloud (get that queen in the loft area!!!). Everything and more I. A rental!! Coffee maker check! Coffee grinder check! Awesome spices check!! Firewood GALORE check!!! Awesome view check!!! Games for everyone check!! This place was awesome!! Beautiful view - easy check in- just like home!!

Highly Recommend
This was our first family trip to NH and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the condo. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication with owner was seamless…he answered all questions and provided contact numbers if needed. Overall we had a great time and the grandchildren loved Santa’s Village, the Lancaster Fair, Clark’s Trading Post and the Polar Caves on our way home.
Just a note…a coffee pot is provided but it is not a Keurig. Haven’t made a pot of coffee in years…kind of nice for a change!

Great Family Home!
Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well-stocked home. The grandchildren really liked the downstairs game room and the toddler bed was perfect for our 3-year old! Unfortunately, the weather was excruciatingly hot and there were only a few ceiling fans that offered little relief. We had difficulty opening windows as many were stuck with the window cranks broken and the afternoon sun poured through those upper living room windows that have no shades. The refrigerator is small and the door doesn't open completely making it difficult to access. And there were no instructions to be found on how to use the televisions. But overall we were happy with the accommodations and George was quick to respond to questions we asked before our visit.

Christmas presents
Great location, right on a trail we could go with grandchildren. Tubing, sleigh ride , lots of snow! Enough of everything in condo. Only drawback was the fridge, small and could not open the door fully. The oven also needed to ge clean because we had too much smoke when we tried to use it. Thanks again!
