Visiting relatives with the family, the place was was big enough to accommodate all of us , it was clean , there was a few ants of course it is florida tough to eradicate. Pool was pleasant. I would recommend.

We were not allowed to check into the house until 6:30. When we finally got checked in the first thing you see when you walk in is there's hair all over the chairs. The bathrooms were dirty. And there's random bugs all over the house. We spent the first 2 hours there cleaning the house. We finally got in contact with the property manager because the refrigerator was not working properly he told us to text him and tell him what all was wrong. He never responded to us afterwards.

We booked this home because it checked off all of our boxes for our needs for a weekend ladies trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with our own bathroom and there was still room to spare.
The home was in a VERY nice neighborhood within a gated community, so it was extremely safe. Super quiet. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The host made us feel like family and responded to questions within seconds, even late at night when we had a slight issue.
We spent every evening at the screened in pool/bar area. Cooked every meal in the pretty well stocked kitchen. I do have to add that there are no potholders or kitchen towels. That would be a nice touch if added. So many great memories were made there.
We were close enough to all of the parks. You can rent a car or an Uber with no problem. A Walmart is near for grocery pick-up and a 7-11 or Dollar General are just a few hundred feet away for any last minute needs.
The only thing I would recommend are hand rails by the pool. I am not too sure if that is an easy fix or not, but our elderly mother had a REALLY difficult time getting out of the pool and whirlpool.
We will definitely rent this home again if we are in the area. You should too!

We would just like to say that this house was as advertised. We had 9 of us (ages 10-73) and the house gave everyone plenty of space for alone time, and was also very homey when all together. Contacting the owner/property manager was easy and they replied very quickly. The area was also wonderful, would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Ricky was very attentive to our needs and was communicative throughout the whole process. Home was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again. You will not be disappointed with this find.

We had to find a house in short order due to another Vrbo cancelling us a week before we arrived. Ricky not only went out of his way to fit us in for a 3 day stay but due to the rush of getting a place to stay we text each other directly to arrange things quickly. As a host I don’t think you will get any better.
A couple of small things was some road construction close by which was a little noisy. Some of the cooking items need to be updated but we made due and I’m sure if discussed could be rectified in short order and min costs. Our stay was 3 days and overall a 5/5, very good.

This was our second time booking this property and as last time we were very pleased with our stay. The owner made things so easy and was very easily accessible If we needed anything during our stay. The pool heat malfunctioned the first night and Ricky responded immediately and got someone out to fix the issue and the pool was perfect the next day and he also issued a refund for the one night there were issues. I would book this property again and again. Very clean upon arrival and lots of room. My family and myself left feeling so refreshed. Definitely a 10/10.

Mr. Rick, another year and another great Stay!!! I told you I was going to write this. I believe and my guys with me, that people should really know how good the home is for the price. What the heck do people expect for the price there paying!!!
Now, I have been coming here for the past 6 years. With some of the same friends for that period of time. Not once, did anyone say to me that the home has to be changed. Not once did anyone say the home cannot be lived in. At my age, 67, with a group of men, in and around the same age, we have earned the right to be honest. You my friend, are a gentlemen.
Your home, while not a 5 star hotel, is perfectly perfect. Especially for the price. 12 guys for 8 days. Its $12.50 per person a day. You don't even get a pizza for that now a days. For anyone who reads this, for $12.50 a day for a person if you bring 12 people, This house is a 6 star for that price. Mr. Rick, you and your home are good!!! I wanted people to know that this man and this home should be and always will be highly recommended by me. There is no need to change anything. Sorry, maybe adding a chair outside so people have somewhere to sit when they smoke. Besides that, a six bedroom, pool, hot-tub for $150 a day. Come-on-Now, its GREAT for that price.

Good: Ricky is quick to respond, well organized rental process, nice gated community, house was reasonably well cleaned, for extra US $35/day the pool was heated.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of negatives: overall condition of the house is 2 out of 5. Every single tap and toilet is leaking, doesn't drain or sprays water all over. Every tub, shower and sink is chipped, rusted. Beds, sheets, pillows are old. Ground floor every counter has little ants crawling all over. Kitchen: fridge missing shelves, cracked inside and doesn’t adjust temperature- we lost all fruits and vegetables as they froze. Microwave has a cracked door, pots and pans, utensils are disgusting. We bought our own kettle, toaster and pan. Thermostat has a sign that it’s set to 76 and not to touch, but it was running at 69. Florida weather was cold during our stay and we asked management company to adjust it, but it didn’t work. Furniture is old, some chairs are wobbling and legs on sofas are broken. Pool is good but furniture around it is in bad shape. If you plan on relaxing by the pool, forget it - it’s facing a very busy road with cars zooming by at all hours. Even with all doors closed you can hear traffic noise in the house. In summary, we felt house description was untrue and not worth half of what we paid for it.
I know owner will reply that others gave 5* reviews but it must be a scam.

I would like to start off saying how amazing Mr. Ricky was!!! The easiest home owner that I have dealt with. He answered all my questions quickly and actually sent me a video on my phone when I could not figure out the TV in the master bedroom.
The home was absolutely perfect for my family. CLEAN and TIDY!!! With plenty of room, we really enjoyed our stay. My grandkids absolutely loved the pool.
I would highly recommend this home for anyone coming for a quick Vacation. Perfect home but even better home owner.

The check in process was easy, but it went downhill after that. The thermostat was permanently set at 77 degrees and locked in a box with a sign posted "do not change", the microwave door was broken in half and unusable, and thats not even the worst of it. The bed in my granddaughters room was broken and the mattress would fold in half when you sat on it. Their license they displayed downstairs had expired in 2017. The blinds on the backdoor were missing pieces so there was no privacy from neighbors. Eventually, we found tiny bugs in my son's bedroom, and within the hour we found that they were cockroaches and that they'd invaded everywhere. They were in the bed crawling on my grandson while he slept. My daughter in law cried because she found them on her baby in the play pen. They crawled out of the oven, the patio door, the bathroom, one of the closets downstairs had a swarm of them. They were crawling on the walls and in and out of every bed in the house. The place was so overrun that we had to leave at 3 o clock in the morning to try to find another place to stay. We contacted the manager and sent videos and pictures, but were informed that we had to talk to the owner for a refund. However, when we tried contacting the owner five different times, he never answered, though he communicated well before i told him what was going on. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for ruining our vacation.

The bedding was dirty flipped inside out and put back on the bed, other beds had hair on them. 2 of the beds were broken, hairballs on the floor in the bathroom. Prop mgr and host both stated they would have their crew come clean it which never happened. No safety gate around pool. We ended up getting laundry soap and washing the sheet ourselves. The silverware in the drawer was not clean.

From the moment we booked the property to beyond our last day was an absolute pleasure dealing with this rental. Ricky was quick to respond to all comments, questions, and concerns. Provided to us was a beautiful house that looks very well taken care of.
We've stayed in VRBO rental properties before and there is a certain expectation of wear and tear as these houses are usually just income properties. Maintained, but not with the same pride as one would keep their primary residence. This was NOT the case with this house! Great condition and from the photos posted to what was in the house you can tell the upgrades that were made.
We had a minor issue the second day we were there with the pool and hot tub not heating properly. Called the on-property maintenance man listed, Marcello, and he was there within a half hour and found the broken part and fixed it up super quick. By the next hour the hot tub was super hot to soak the soar feet from the Disney parks.
Only reason I gave the location a 4 star review is because there are a lot of school zones around that area. Trying to get to the parks in the morning took a little extra time, but let me make it clear, that is not ever going to stop me from booking with this gentleman again. Very happy and can't wait to start planning next years trip!

The home is so welcoming. It has two living rooms and two dining rooms! Enough plates are to serve an army. The pools and hot tub were used multiple times a day with plenty of patio furniture to relax in while swimmers swim. The communication with owner Ricky was the best we have ever had. He responds almost immediately from possibly booking on through to after you get back home just to make sure you are home safely. This would defiantly be a great home for any large family, extended family, or a large group of friends. The security lock on the door made it easy for all of us to come and go at separate times with not worries of needing a key. Thank you so much for the great vacation home!

We could experience many of Orlando’s parks and be together in the evenings as well as spend the entire day around the pool. A very comfortable home in a very quiet , secure neighborhood. This is a quaint house in a quiet neighborhood with close access to attractions. The property owner is very responsive and made sure a stay that had a rough start turned out great. The issue we had on check in was easily resolved with one discussion with the owner and a swift response from the property manager. Thank you and thank you for wonderful service.

The house had ants. You had to spray before you cooked or sit anything down on the countertop. The beds and televisions needs to be upgraded as soon as possible. It was cold during our visit and the heat didn’t really work. This house isn’t worth the nightly price.

We loved this house even though our stay had been due to Hurricane Ian. Ricky was very friendly and helpful and had the handyman out the next day to start taking care of the damage sustained in the storm. We were all able to together when we wanted to and spread out when some quiet time was needed. It was pretty convenient to all areas with stores close by and a nice quiet neighborhood.

To be honest, our group were not overly impressed with the villa.
The was no information pack in the villa. Normally you are informed of the ,location of the nearest hospital, doctor etc.
A number of electric sockets did not work buit we managed to get around this problem.
We kept finding insects in the pool area and were baffled as to where they were coming from. Eventually we noticed that a complete mesh panel was missing from the pool roof.
There were weeds growing around the pool area and a it needed a good clean.
There was constant traffic noise from the nearby main road.
The BBQ was an additional cost......why?

They called a plumber on the 4 of July we had plans to go to the beach so they insured our stuff would be safe we get back iPad missing we tracked it 15 minutes from the house when we called it the shut it off but this house have major plumbing problems first time walk-in in home master had water everywhere n upstairs house need some major repairs

There were issues with the air, stove, drainage in tubs, and tvs. We also had to buy trash bags and cleaning products which was new for me. I also had never experienced a rental not having atleast salt and pepper. The stove was also not properly cleaned.
