We spent just a couple of nights in York as part of a celebration of my parents' 50th anniversary, but we really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and roomy. We had 7 people that had plenty of room and more could have fit easily. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking meals and all the appliances feel new. The location is perfect for walking into town and it was easy to find with GPS. One day we walked from the house to Nubble Lighthouse, which was a great way to see the town. The checkout time is a little early compared with other places I've stayed, but we just adjusted our plans and did a little more sightseeing in Boston. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house for a group or large family.

The house was perfect and exactly as advertised...well appointed and in an excellent location... Close to everything but far enough away to feel like we weren't just visiting. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The property was beautiful and perfectly located. We had everything we needed for day to day needs. Backyard was perfect for an afternoon bbq and nighttime fire. Neighborhood was peaceful and walking distance from some great little shops and the beach. Everyone enjoyed the time we were there and would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone heading to that area.

Another fantastic & memorable stay was experienced by all who joined our annual family Christmas celebration at 52A-B Main Street. The indoor living quarters – spacious spotless and fully stocked – are complemented by the homes’ central location and lovely outdoor living spaces – allowing individuals or groups to easily walk to the Short Sands Beach/ playground or gather around the cozy backyard fire pit. Our family is spread out between Canada and the U.S. This was the perfect property for our group of 9. The location was amazing. We walked to the beach three times a day. It was our home away from home and very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this for family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures are exactly how we found the house to be. We have rented many properties over the years and this house would be rated on top of our list. It was stocked with all supplies (paper towels, detergent, dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags) that you usually need to supply. The location was perfect for our fall vacation. We truly enjoyed the beauty of Maine. We even drove to Acadia National Park! The beach is a short walk from the house. The girls even fit in a stop at the close outlet mall in Kittery! We would definitely recommend renting this property.

Very nice well kept property. The only thing was the quilts and blankets covering some of the beds needed to be washed. We would definitely rent again.

We had a really great time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean and set up perfectly for a large group of people. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and linens and many amenities. We will look at staying here again in the future.

Our second time here for a reason. Great location, quick walk to Short Sands and downtown! So much room and brand new condition. We had 2 families each with 2 kids and had plenty of room. Literally everything you need is here!

We are a group of HS Classmates (Class of '64) and we have been gathering yearly for 27 years. This place gives us the space we need to enjoy our time together. It is a short walk to the beach and to the downtown.

This rental property was beautiful! So clean, so spacious, so home-like and so uplifting. The colors of the rooms and how all the pictures and details coordinated with eachother was so inviting. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. We all had the privacy we needed. It was close to the little shops and the beach. There was not one negative experience! We got to meet the owner of the property and he was so incredibly welcoming and nice. There was a very bad storm that knocked out the power when we arrived and we chatted back and forth until everything was back in order. He was very responsive and very interested in our comfort at the house. I'd love to rent this for my family someday! We absolutely loved this property!

We discovered the property last year. Booked for this year and have already booked for next year. The place is beautiful and located within a 5 minute walk to the beach, tons of shops and restaurants.

This was our third time staying in this house. We had a full house - 11 of us, 6 kids. We had no problems fitting in the house. The house was very comfortable and clean. It’s also stocked with everything you could need for the beach which is a 5 min walk away. We had a a great time!

This is my second time renting Mike and Pam's place as it's an annual family vacation with 17 extended family members. The rental is clean, spacious and is a convenient short 6 minute walk to Short Sands Beach and the center of York. The house is well supplied, with amenities for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, bocce ball and a beach cart. There's plenty of towels and linens for everyone as well fun things to use/do such as bikes, games and even a ping pong table. We'll be back again!

Our family was so impressed with the layout of the townhouse. Everyone had their own space. The amenities were just as described, the kitchen and laundry room were organized and everything was in pristine condition. The walk to downtown York and beach was 5 minutes away, the beach chairs and cart made it easy to transport everything down to the ocean. Our whole family loved the experience and would stay again. We had 11 people stay for 1 week, the house was very clean, bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, ping pong table in garage was great for rainy days as well as large dining table for dinners and playing games. Short walk to the beach and downtown area with shopping, restaurants etc.. Overall we had a great stay. Pam & Mike are wonderful hosts.

Our whole family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our week at 52A. The house was clean(like new). the kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels, regular towels. Enjoyed the new Bar-B-Q and the Grandkids loved the ping pong table. All of us loved the Wells Go carts and Mini Golf. Parking was very adequate. Nice to be only 1/4 mile from the beach, Funarama, York Zoo, Shops and great Restaurants nearby. Great to meet the owner Mike, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Our family had a great two night stay and really enjoyed the proximity to town center/beach as well as nearby short-drive to various other attractions. Really convenient to have access to beach toys/wagon and chairs. House very well maintained and clean. Thanks for hosting!

This was the second time we stayed in this rental house. It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to The Goldenrod, Short Sands beach, and a ton of neat shops. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was happy to have their own tvs in their rooms. Even the backyard was cute and had a nice big table and propane grill and picnic table. The ping pong table was also fun. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and laundry room too. This host has thought of everything, including beach chairs and towels too.

We came to York Maine to enjoy some time with great friends. This is the second time I have stayed here and it did not disappoint. The property is clean, organized and just a super relaxing atmosphere. I will stay again, we love York.

This place is perfectly located and has everything you could possibly need for your stay! We have six adult children and an in-law that we gather with. They all throughly enjoyed it. Plenty of room to spread out. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Kitchen is fully stocked and they don’t skimp on any supplies unlike some of the other places we have stayed at. Can’t say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed. I wish they had a property in every state because we would seriously use every one of their houses during our travels

We loved our time at the house. It was exactly as the listing said. Clean, about a 5 minute walk to downtown and Short Sands Beach, comfortable beds, towels were well stocked. We wish our trip was longer!

8 adult family members got together to celebrate New Years 2023. The house was beautiful, immaculate and everything we needed was available. The house is decorated gorgeously and the beds are all so comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach to get some morning exercises. We used the fire pit and the grill was available for grilled pizzas. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation home. Every bedroom is super spacious!!

What another wonderful stay we had at 52 A-B Main Street for our annual family Christmas gathering! From the spacious living quarters with a fully-stocked, open-concept kitchen …to the functional outdoor spaces with firepit/grill or the short walk to the beach..there was something for everyone!! we enjoyed every aspect of our stay in York!
