The property, service, and assistance was AMAZING. From pre-booking to leaving the whole process was excellent. I recommend Errol and this property 100%.

Comfortable living quarters. Infinite rooms and bathrooms on this property.

Traveled with family for a Family event. The pictures online were why we chose this property. The description of the property could have been more transparent. There are many rooms with several steps that lead either up or down. The bedroom off the kitchen smells like mold (mold growing outside the window near AC) The floors are very slippery in the living room and from the stairs that leads down to the additional bedrooms off the kitchen. There is no transition from the kitchen to the living room, several people trip and almost fell (need non-slip strips or carpet). The floors in the kitchen are made of cobblestone (not comfortable for long term standing). The pots and pans need to be upgraded. The living entertaining area is very small. The parking space could be paved or leveled foe easier access. The positives about the property: There are ample beds to sleep at least 20 guests. The view is FABULOUS. The AC in each room keeps the house cool. The 2nd and 3rd floor outside entertaining areas are awesome. Nice home but It won't be my first choice for a beach rental 🤗

This was a trip for 5 adult couples looking for some down time to relax. The location and accommodations were perfect and just as described. Lamont, our driver for the week and Errol, the host were great to work with and we would suggest this location to everyone.

The property is so gorgeous and spacious. With 10 girls we had plenty of room and then some! The infinity pool was a favorite for all- as well as the little alcove that led down to the ocean. Errol was an absolutely fantastic host - accommodating and kind. We would recommend this stay to anyone!

Four generations of family had come from all over the US to celebrate my parents with a week at the beach. Panorama is the perfect property in a perfect location. Errol is a gracious and kind individual who translates that into making every detail of your vacation perfect. Additionally, far beyond what you receive from a top flight concierge, Errol has great relationships with everything on the island to give you a true Bahama experience. After spending a week at Errol's Panorama we spent 3 days at a conference at he Four Star Grand Hyatt Baha Mar resort, which was wonderful, but I wish we had gone their first because Errol edges them out for a better experience. If you own a VRBO I recommend you rent from Errol to see how he does it.

My experience was simply the best. Errol is an amazing host and he even met us personally. The place was amazing and above my expectation. Errol was also a phone call away and always show up. This was the best places I’ve stayed in and better than the hotel itself. I would recommend to anyone and will visit in the future.

What an awesome time we had here. We’d wake up walk out to the ocean and enjoy a swim, then snorkel in the afternoon, and hang out in what feels like a private cove at night. Errol, the owner, was great. He communicated and helped us with our plans. He even runs 007 charters and worked with us on our excursion plans. I won’t say the house doesn’t have its quirks but the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and we all had our own bathrooms. It had multiple levels so it could be tricky for some but the view from the 3rd floor outdoor balcony was awesome. Spend some time in the infinity pool with a glass of rum punch enjoying the ocean and a bonfire and you have the perfect end to an evening in the Bahamas.

We had a great time - Errol was friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, clean and great A/C! The little private grotto you can walk down to makes it. Would stay again!

As the other reviewers have said, the view is spectacular. BUT BE WARNED: The house and property are in UTTER DISREPAIR. I was hoping to be able to attach photos to this review to better inform other travelers, but it does not appear to be possible. The listing photos are a complete misrepresentation of reality. Just a few examples: the lawn chairs are not the ones in the photos. They are broken, there are about 4 cushions to share among all of them and they are so gross and ripped up that you won't want to use them, anyway. There are no brightly colored Adirondack chairs anywhere on the property, and certainly not at the "lagoon." That beautiful sandy beach area? It has more cigarette butts than it does sand. The string lights that suggest the quinisential beach evening? I counted four working lightbulbs. That infinity pool? The workmanship is so poor that it feels like the entire platform is going to fall into the ocean.The inside is equally as bad. The kitchen is awful - the water dispenser and ice machine are not functioning, the stove is missing knobs (so you get to worry that you are silently being gassed with carbon monoxide poisoning), all surfaces are disgustingly filthy and sticky. Keeping up with the ants is a full-time job. Suffice it to say that this house has not had a proper cleaning since circa 1968. The fuse/breaker blew while we were there, (most likely due to the fact that there is only one working outlet in the kitchen, so turn the lights off if you are going to use the toaster.)The bedrooms and bathrooms are the same - we were so grossed out to sleep in the beds and you'll want to take a shower after taking a shower, if you are fortunate enough to have hot water, which was in short supply. The only way I know to describe the property next door (that you have to walk/drive right by when you come and go) is it looks like a war-zone. If it were in the US, it would most certainly be condemned. There is nonstop traffic at this house, large groups of people loitering, trash everywhere, a pit bull chained to outside of the house...We certainly didn't feel safe here, despite the 12 ft. chain link fence with razor wire atop it that runs along the side of the property. Sure, there is an alarm system in the house, but if you can get it to arm, you are a lot more talented than we are.Hate to be so critical, but I wish someone else had been.

We loved the Bahamas and the trip we will be back

We were a large group of girls 13 in total for a bachelorette party and our stay here could not have been any better. We felt safe, accommodated, and could have woke up to the view for another week. Highly suggested house or any other property owned by same owner!

The view is unbeatable! The owner errol was great helping us charter a boat and anything we needed. He was a huge plus. They made a bonfire for us on the beach which was beautiful. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, and glasses and cooking suppplies. We arrive at the house at 3 and towels were still being washed from previous guests. Now for the The downside... the 3 downstairs bedrooms are not great. They beds are all incredibly soft and uncomfortable and to be honest we were not sure how clean the sheets and pillows were. It was a bummer as we never were happy to go sleep in the rooms.

Everything from the view to the service left me and my 8 friends wishing we never had to leave. Errol’s recommendations were perfect. Hit the liquor and grocery store on the way in, escape to Baha Mar to mix it up one evening, and enjoy the 24/7 ocean front views! We’ll definitely all be back. Thank you, Errol!

Our visit with 8 girls celebrating my 40th birthday stayed at Panorama Villa. The Villa is even MORE beautiful than the photos! The location is near excellent restaurants and walking distance to grocery store. Right outside on W Bay St, we hopped on Bus 10 to quickly get to/from Downtown Nassau. The airport is a 10 minutes car ride away! The Villa location is exactly what we are looking for away from the resorts crowd and mingling a little bit with the locals with stunning views. Now the personal services from Errol exceed all expectation, he and his team was quick to response and any concerns/requests was taken care off. The unexpected bonus, Errol invited the 8 of us on his boat to hang out at the beach with his friends and view the sun set from the boat. By the end of the trip we feel like we have moved from guests to friends! That night we chilled in front of the fire pit roasting marshmallows making s’mores drinking wine and eating pizza. It was a perfect way to end the day. Errol treated us like GOOD friends visiting! We cannot say enough good things about our stay, my friend on this visit already making plans to bring another girl group to stay here!! Errol, please contact me if you are ever in Atlanta. Us girls would LOVE to have an opportunity to show you our Asian hospitality! “NO APOLOGIES!!”

The house was spacious and very accommodating. We traveled with 2 families totaling 10 of us. And we all had our own are of the house. The property is gated with your own private entrance, which provided a lot of privacy to enjoy the home. Errol and Dario were very responsive and communicated very quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here any time you can.

This was quite possibly one of the best working vacations I have ever had. I am a Professional Photographer and I came to the island to hang out with a few friends and do a little bit of shooting around the island and I really hit the jackpot with this home. Simply put this location is just breath taking. The home is very clean and modern and there is so much to take in visually when standing in the backyard. You are literally steps away from the ocean and I mean that literally there is a stairway that you can use to walk right down into the ocean. Errol and his team where very attentive to all of our needs and they made themselves readily available to us 24hrs a day. There are so many examples of him going out of his way to make sure my friends and I where comfortable and had everything we needed. I called him one night after we missed a run to the grocery store and he was able to send us over an amazing chef that actually prepared fresh caught fish for us! But I think the biggest highlight of the trip was Errol making arrangements for us to be able to take a boat ride of the local area at a really great cost. We never wanted for anything and any time we had any questions we were able to contact Errol of his team with ease. I plan on returning next June to bring my children as a Graduation present.

It was like a vacation within a vacation. It represents the slogan "It's better in the Bahamas". The small beach area blew us away it was cozy and intimate. The sunset was better than any I have ever seen . The house was very clean and inviting. The master bedroom was huge and cool. No sharing of bathrooms was also a plus. Convenient to everything! A great restaurant around the corner with the best Bahamian food on the Island. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended..

August 2018, two families, 12 people total. The outside spaces on this house are amazing. The pool was small but great for cooling off. The "private beach" was fantastic, and the snorkeling right in front of the house was great. The views and the sunsets are perfect. Bring your snorkels! There's almost no shade but the house is always close by with cold drinks in the fridge. Next to the pool there are steps down to a cave in the coral that fills with water at high tide and drains at low tide. Really neat. The steps down into the ocean provide easy access for snorkeling. It's hard to describe but there's a walkway to a small sandy beach on an inlet that is technically off the property but not easily accessible to anyone else, so it's basically a private lagoon beach. Fantastic for kids to swim and plan in a secluded ocean area. The house itself is just OK. The couch needs to be replaced, the kitchen is poorly equipped, and we had some air conditioner issues. The homeowner worked hard to get the A/C units all working during our stay, and after a few days they were successful on all but one. One unit was completely replaced so this should be corrected for future renters. The owner (Errol) was very friendly and very responsive to requests, and also really helpful with advice on things to do, transportation, and restaurants. The property is in a very quiet location, set back from the road, but it was still easy to grab a bus into town or to the grocery store. There are a few neighbors close by that were always very friendly. There's a tall gate for added security. Assuming the A/C is fixed, with a new couch, some more pots & pans, knives, glasses, and kitchen towels, the house would be as great as the location. Tip: nobody drinks the tap water, so plan to buy bottled water from the store. It's about $1.50 a gallon. Tip: we decided not to get a rental car for our group of 12, it was so easy to grab a bus. Buses run until 7:00 each night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Panorama. We are a three generation family who stayed one week. The children enjoyed the pool, and we found the best snorkeling right out the back door of the property. Dario was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Some things in the house need renovation which would be easy to do, but we are happy we stayed there. Airport is only ten minutes away. Although we had rental cars and never used the bus, we saw that the stop is near the property as are two grocery stores. Thanks for hosting us.

This house was perfect for our 6 adults. Snorkeling behind the house was better than many reef snorkel tours we've done elsewhere in the Caribbean. House was clean, comfortable and well laid out. Management was very friendly, communicative, and responsive thru the reservation and stay processes. Nice quiet area, yet right on the bus route and convenient to restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Pool was nice, too! 2 minute walk to sandy beach, but snorkeling was much better at the house - lots of sea glass and great shells, too!

We celebrated a 40th birthday trip with friends. Tons of fun

We were a group of 9 and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The house has some seriously incredible views and it's own lagoon. While 98% of the time, it was just us in the lagoon, a few locals might stop in and go fishing/snorkeling from there. Still, it was pretty private and beautiful. Take snorkeling gear or goggles with you! You can easily snorkel from the back yard! Grocery and liquor stores are about a 15 min walk, or a 2 min bus ride (costs $1.50 each way). The entire crew (Errol, Dannon, and Dario) were all super nice and helpful. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a matter of minutes. Definitely would come back and stay again!!

Our stay was an experience of a lifetime. We definetely lived our best life at this house! The house is spacious, clean and the views are absolutely breathe taking. Errol and his team were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Bring snorkel gear! You'll be out in the ocean for hours exploring the local marine life! Enjoy Mon!

First of all, this is the most amazing house right on the beach with a private heated pool and private beach! The area is safe! We walked to the grocery store and caught the bus into town several times with no problems at all and super cheap. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Atlantis is only 15 minutes away, downtown was only 10 minutes away and the bus ride was so much fun! The locals know how to have a good time :) All of the surrounding restaurants were affordable and fantastic ambiance. I was greeted at the airport with the sweetest guys ever and had the best bachelorette party anyone could ask for. They were very accommodating and provided us with anything we needed from transportation to groceries. I will be back again very soon! I look forward to booking this incredible villa again. The pictures do not do it justice so if you are hesitant in book this villa don't be!! Look no further!!!
