Bienvenue à George Town Villas Unit # 218, situé au début de la plage de 7 miles sur la magnifique île de Grand Cayman. George Town Villas se compose de 54 condominiums en bord de mer et vue sur l'océan dans un jardin luxuriant donnant sur la plage, des récifs coralliens et des eaux multicolores bleu et turquoise de la mer des Caraïbes.

This is a beautifully and appropriately decorated and outfitted corner condo on the ocean. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean on two sides - it is at least 2/3 in the shade with a breeze all day which was perfect! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Such a pleasurable experience and I. The perfect location close to town, grocery and seven mile amenities.

Views from the villa was amazing. Great location and close to all the action. We were lucky with great weather. Unit had a lot of essentials you using don't see with over rentals. Would highly recommend staying in Georgetown villas.

The condo was even better in person! Could not be any closer to the water with $1,000,000 views. Condo was clean and had everything and more than we needed for our week long stay wonderful. Property manager greeted us to make sure we were settled, answer any questions, and ensure we knew how to contact her if needed. The property itself was also very well maintained. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the shore (could also walk or snorkel down to the wreck of the gamma but definitely need water shoes if walking), close to restaurants and grocery store. Would highly recommended!

The condo is very well decorated, clean and overlooks the beach and swimming pool. It is in a really good location on Seven Mile Beach with great snorkeling right off the condo’s beach. The on island property manager who helped us, Ildi, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport. She spent time explaining details about the condo and restaurants and activities. She was very helpful! We had a wonderful vacation and would want to stay at the same condo again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was just as described. The property manager was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities. The beach on the property is very rocky and foot protection is a must. There are better beaches a very short drive away. Governors beach is a must see. Star Point was not worth the trip, but near Rum Point which was a great place to spend the day. We will definitely be back to this location!

The place was fantastic, well equipped with superb views out every window.
Ildiko was a great help, to make us feel comfortable. She gave us great suggestions on restaurants and immediately took care of any issues.
We had a great time and enjoyed Grand Cayman, the wonderful people, and grand accommodations.

This was the perfect place for a great getaway with friends! The location is excellent - near shopping and dining and a perfect view of the sunset. The condo is clean and had plenty of space for us. It was fun to see the big cruise ships pass by and anchor while we relaxed at the pool or on our shaded balcony. The gentle waves sent us to sleep each night and we snorkeled out front or nearby every day. The property manager was prompt, pleasant, and happy to share tips and places to see on the island. It's a perfect location for relaxation because it was quiet and comfortable. The beach and pool were never crowded and many times empty which is a rare find these days! Some folks from cruise ships would wander by headed to walk down 7-mile beach but not many as it is quite a walk from the port. There is construction next door of a 12-story building so that could bother some, but we were mostly out and about during the day so it wasn't a big deal for us. The view and the location made it all worth it.

I’ve been coming to this property since the 80’s! It’s sentimental but also so perfect. I understand why my parents at the time brought us to this beautiful property on Grand Cayman and now I bring my family! It’s close to everything so we don’t rent a car. We walk or take a cab if we need to. Not crowded because the property is laid out for great views from everywhere. It’s the perfect place for 4 or 6 people. Clean, quiet and serene and well managed.

This was our first time on Grand Cayman and this was a great intro to it. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach as a corner unit with a fabulous view. It was clean, spacious, and met every need we could ask for. The property manager Ildiko was great with communication as well. It was a great vacation and I would stay at this place again for sure!

Beyond amazing!!!
This condo was an amazing place for our family vacation. The property is beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the snorkeling was everything we were hoping for. It felt as though we had the entire complex to ourselves all week as we only saw a handful of other people out in the pool, on the beach, grilling, etc. We made wonderful memories with our kids and are hoping to return soon to this same condo.

Beautiful views, friendly neighbors & staff
My sister and I took our mom to Grand Cayman to celebrate her 65th Birthday, Retirement and Mother’s Day and we couldn’t have chosen a better island! Our Georgetown Villa Condo was perfectly located on 7 Mile Beach, just a quick taxi ride to the nearest grocery store (or a quick 10-15 min walk, we didn’t want to do that to our mom 🙃), close to restaurants by walking or taxi (check out Icoa for the best coffee/tea and delicious breakfast, and the most friendly staff!). Our condo was an end unit with stunning views of the ocean, the pool and the beautiful grounds. The only issue for some is that this location on the beach does not have a walk out sandy beach for families - access to the ocean requires you to use the cement walkway over the coral to the stairs that lead you into the ocean where it drops off to 8-10ft. This was not an issue for us as my sister and I love to snorkel and it was perfect that my mom was able to sit back and relax while watching us from the pool area that looked over the ocean. The white sandy beach was within walking distance (again another 10-15min walk) north of the property. We loved watching the cruise ships come in early in the morning and saw some of the most beautiful sunsets from the comfort of our balcony. The property was clean, very roomy and the property manager was so friendly and accommodating! We are already planning our next trip!

Awesome vacation spot!
The condo’s location was ideal for so many things: the beach, snorkeling, the pool, shopping, restaurants, etc. The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly and we had such a wonderfully relaxing time. Watching cruise ships come and go from our porch was great. Our views were amazing! We hope to return someday!

Great location and view
Really enjoyed or stay and loved being on the end unit with great ocean view. Was able to walk to both Georgetown and seven mile beach. Only down side is there were some ugly ships just of the shore doing some work (looked like they were bring in sand).

The condo was very nice, and in a great location. The property manager kept in touch, making the check-in process easy. One of the things we appreciated the most was that it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, and soap. It was nice not having to run to the store to get those kinds of things while on vacation - that was a nice touch!

The condo was everything as presented on Home Away. Beautiful view, beautiful condo and we will be back. Had never been to GC before and Pam with super helpful and in constant contact with us throughout the stay! The condo had everything we needed and more down to the shampoo/conditioner, laundry supplies, extra towels and linens and even bug spray! 10 out of 10!!

George Town Villas like a Private Beach
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time snorkeling and enjoying the pool and beach! Even though it was small,few people used it and it felt like our own private beach in a quiet setting. We were very satisfied with our full-stocked kitchen

Wonderfully appointed condo - fantastic view!
Unit #218 was the perfect choice for us -- 2nd floor balcony on the front corner of the building provided beautiful sunrise and sunset views each day of our incredible vacation. The condo had just about everything we could want (would've appreciated 2 more beach chairs because we were traveling with another adult couple, however), was beautifully furnished and clean, tons of helpful information was provided, and our only request of the property manager during our week's stay was handled immediately. We really enjoyed the beach, snorkeling access and pool, all located right in front of our condo. The location was quiet, and we never had a problem finding a parking space. Walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants, as well as into Georgetown itself. Really recommend "The Kitchen" right around the corner for great food -- we ate there on our first and last days on the island...great staff, too -- they were really helpful with recommendations for fishing charters and spots of local interest. Absolutely wonderful vacation! Would recommend this to anyone interested in exploring Grand Cayman.

Amazing Development and Location
We just loved the condo on the beach. Located at end of the building, this condo is closest to the ocean. The cruise ships lined up each morning just off the beach, and the sunsets were amazing. Unit is located within easy walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. In suite laundry was an added bonus. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.
