The mountainous location is great for summer vacation. We took the largest apartment and indeed it is very large and comfortable, with great views and ample privacy for us all (we were only 4 people). we had good times at the jacuzzi and saunas, and cooked some excellent meals at the well equipped kitchen. Staff was always willing to help and had a positive attitude. We had very good time there.

They have everything, but some things need improvement: 1. Wifi is extremely slow and very often disconnects. Steaming tv is impossible. 2. Hot tub is only 'warm', nice in the first 2 minutes and not uot enough after that. The large pool also not warm enough to enjoy. We came directly from another hotel in France, we know it can be better. Except for water temperature, the jets in the jacuzzi did not function, so there were only bubbles but nothing that can actually provide a massage. It wasn't fixed the entire week of our stay. 3. Floor corridors (between the elevator and our apartment) were not vacuumed for the entire duration of our stay, it was clearly dusted. 4. Kitchen's working area is too small for an apartment that supposed to fit 10 people (we were only 4, so for us it was borderly large enough. Almost no place to store groceries outside of the refrigerator. the skillets are in need of replacement - they were both scratched and rusty.

Luxurious and spacious light rooms, excellent situation at the ski slopes (truly ski in, ski out), catering available to deliver bread and/or pre-cooked dinner (good quality), sufficient parking available, quiet and nice view at the ski slopes (50% of rooms)

Personnel was friendly but several lacked English skills. Pool had a nice view with large windows, but the water was rather cold.
