We loved the house. The kitchen and house were well stocked. The pool was the star of the show! Perfect amount of room for the 4 of us.

The property worked very well for us. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to the area.

Had everything we needed comfortable and cosy. Good communication. Loved the warm pool and watching the birds and squirrels. Couple of minutes to various grocery stores. Returned to UK recharged with Florida sunshine.

The house was just perfect for our stay! The heated pool was just perfect for my Granddaughter this cooler time of the year. When there was an issue with the DVD player, the owners responded immediately and had a new one delivered the very next day! Everything was just as advertised in the listing, and the house was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this property for others when they visit the Port Charlotte area.

The owners stayed in contact with us prior to our stay and sent all the check in information the day before our travel. They answered all the questions I had immediately. The house is so close to the areas we needed to be, which was super nice and convenient! The house itself was clean and had extra necessities that I hadn’t even thought of. My grands LOVED the pool—which was nice and clean. Outdoor living space was wonderful! We had a GREAT stay!! Thank you so much!!

Patty was very accommodating and helpful, the house was nice and had a/c which was great. Just make sure the front door lock actually locks and the drain on the shower needed to be fixed. All in all a great stay, thanks again!

We stayed for a week April 2023. The house was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was nice to be able to come back from the days activities and grill out and swim in the pool.

My friend and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect for us. We could have easily had a couple more friends come as well. The screen in back patio/pool was amazing, and the fenced in back yard gave us the perfect amount of privacy. There were plenty of birds to watch at the bird feeder each morning while we enjoyed our coffee. The neighborhood still had a bit of damage from the hurricane, the homeowners were busy at work trying to repair the damages. The house was in a prime location just outside of the main drag, yet close enough to make a quick run to Walmart or Publix if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay here. Everything was as described. The home is clean and comfortable. The pool is awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and there are many places nearby to shop and eat. We drove to a different beach every day in the Venice/Nokomis/Englewood area. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian came thru during the middle of our stay. Communication with the owners was very good and timely. Our concerns were their concerns also and our safety was very important. We are looking forward to staying again in 2023.

House was clean and tidy, with most everything provided such as cooking things, linens etc. The pool is small but heated and comfortable, and there is a floor fan. Washer and dryer are very handy but I suggest bringing your own detergent as there is none. I loved being able to swim and bicycle as a break from work. . Owners were responsive. Great stay overall

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Only 20 minutes away from the beach and 5 min away from Walmart and strip mall. Kids loved the pool and would choose to stay home over going to the beach. one downside was having frogs around front door, they made a lot of noise at night and once 2 got in but luckily we had good communication with property management and they helped us getting them out.

House is really lovely and clean, very well stacked with everything you need to make your visit great and location is perfect! We went to see Venice, Sarasota, Ft. Myers beautiful places with great beaches, after a whole day of exploring it was really wonderful to come back and enjoy the pool with my family. Thank you!

The Noggles have a beautiful home and we are so grateful to have been lucky enough to spend a week calling it home. The pool was incredible after the drive in. The pool deck was peaceful and it was easy to forget the neighbors existed watching the bluejays, doves, and mockingbirds play in the bird bath and squirrels run along the fence. The home itself was well equipped and cozy and clean. Preparing meals was a breeze as everything needed was right there. Keurig was awesome in the morning before the short drive to the beach. Just before Casperson Beach there is a little unmarked lot that fits about 10 cars, was so much easier to avoid the crowds and parking and the sharksteeth were aplenty. Sunset was also beautiful and that lot is directly under where all the little airplanes come in for landing which was an amazing sight from below. Also caught a glimpse of a manatee like 4 ft in the surf on our last sunset which was an amazing experience even as a lifelong Florida native. Restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes drive (Culver's and Buco Lupa {spelling?} were hits for us) was very nice. All in all one of the best vacations I've ever had. It was so relaxing and everything was so incredible. I hope to definitely come back in the future. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and tidy. We spent most of our time out on the patio and in the pool. We cooked a lot and made good use of the kitchen and loved that there was a washer and dryer. Beach is only 25 minutes away. Would definitely return in the future.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we stayed at this property. Close to beaches, walking trails and shopping retail or food. This property has alot to offer she has more than enough plates, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, washer and dryer, and so much more to make your stay comfortable. They have a beautiful pool in the back yard, no need to go to the beach perfectly comfortable to stay right there. Would definetly go back next year for the 3rd year in a row, and we highly recommend this property, owner responsive and very easy to deal with.
