This is our second time at the Circle of Friends house. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing sunset view. Close to downtown PASO and multiple wineries. Steep driveways, but plenty of parking space. (Use the parking brake!) Enjoyed being serenaded by crickets at bedtime with windows open to enjoy to the cool night air. LOVE this place!!!

Family members were in town for for Cal Poly graduation. The COF House served as our home base. It had everything we needed & the property management company was very responsive.

Wonderful stay. Water heater did go out but was replaced immediately. Management was cooperative and immediately fixed the problem even though it was Sunday. Thank you.

This is my third stay at this location. Girls Wine Trip. Noticed new carpet. alway clean. Great location to downtown. Easy to get Rides. Price is reasonable. Plenty of space for guests. We plan on getting this rental again.

Had lots of family and friends come into Paso for son’s wedding. Perfect location to the winery venue.

Our group came to see Sensorial and some wine tasting. We all were so very pleased with our accomodations. So clean, so comfortable, and had very good amenities. Our contact perso was very friendly and helpful too. We would/will love to stay here again. The location is super quiet and close to everything. The theme "circle of friends" says it all.

Great experience with the house. Location is close to everything you need. The view is gorgeous. Couldn’t wait to have coffee in the morning outside. Nice neighborhood. Very clean and it had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

We stayed at this home with two other couples for our annual wine tasting and pick up trip. Had a terrific time and the house was very accommodating with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Worked out very nicely. We are loved the back yard with the occasional deer trotting by. House was clean and well kept with all the necessary utensils to make breakfast with. Gave us more time to socialize in the mornings without having to go out to eat breakfast. Will be booking again for spring!

This house did not disappoint. On a hot summer day we were greeted with a refreshing blast of air conditioning upon opening the front door! The home was bright and clean with ample room for four adults. The electronic door lock would not accept the passcode upon arrival, but my quick call to the property manager was answered promptly and resolved immediately via remote reset. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and just minutes from gas, groceries and dining. Overall, this is a wonderful home base for exploring Paso Robles and surrounding areas.

Excellent accommodations. House was perfect and well provided with 'household' items. It was as advertised. Cooked on the grill, in the kitchen and ate out. Always great to see family again and having such a comfy 'home base' made it all the better. Look for us again in 2024, but maybe we'll look for a pool property. Thanks much. The Mottard's

This house was the perfect size for 4 people. The rooms were all a good size. The house was centrally located to be able to reach all our scheduled wine tastings in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

overall very nice...however improvements should include: front entrance from garage to front porch has a hedge that has overgrown to limit suitcase access to entry; various cobwebs along ceiling in kitchen & laundry area; master bathroom toilet makes noise when tank is full and the valve shuts off water flow; master bedroom door will automatically go to fully open if not latched which results in a loud "wham" sound as the door stopper pulls the door to itself; coffee make r should be a Keurig instead of a drip machine; clothes washer lid can't open fully due to the lowness of the cabinet just above the washer; grab bars should be installed in both shower/bathtubs for safety and insurance liabilities.
