The location is beautiful, and everything was just as advertised. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We loved being so close to all of the activities, yet we felt so secluded spending every evening on the enormous patio. We were welcomed with fresh bread and jam, which was perfect after our long travel day and much appreciated! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Playa Langosta home with us!

This property was everything it was advertised to be and more! It is the best stocked rental we've ever stayed at. Very well outfitted, comfortable, and well maintained. We could tell the owners have put a lot of their love and passion for the location into details around the condo. We appreciated the notes around the house to guide us in properly using or preserving everything. Thank you for making our CR experience top notch!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo! Everything was as described, if not better! The space and the views were spectacular! The condo was more than well equipped for our needs. Also very clean!
The location is excellent with restaurants and shops within walking distance.We would walk into Tamarindo, and take taxi back if we had goods to carry. We did rent a golf cart for some of our stay which was very handy.
Overall, we would highly recommend this property. Our host, Annette was so helpful and very responsive. A memorable vacation at this beautiful location.

Had a fantastic stay at Crystal Sands! Very clean and spacious. Home is fully stocked with lots of kitchen ware and many extra beach towels/bath towels and extra bedding/pillows/comforters. Extra supplies stocked for kitchen and laundry. Rented a golf cart for the week and that was perfect for getting around Langosta and Tamarindo. RPM management company promptly helped us with anything we needed. They also arranged driver to and from airport for us. Very helpful. We hope to be back!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this property. It is located right on the beach and the morning views and sunsets from the porch are truly spectacular.
The unit itself is clean and modern, very solid. It is a little walk into town - maybe a half mile to the busy area - but it felt very safe. You can also walk down the beach to get into town.
It’s a nice beach walk, but a little rocky. The beach right outside the building is pretty rocky too. The sandy part of the beach is maybe a 5-10 minute walk away.
It’s a quiet part of Tamarindo, so I guess it depends what you are looking for - if you are looking for a party place with easy access to all the bars and restaurants, this probably isn’t for you.
If you are ok going back and forth into town (we rented a car, but a lot of people had golf carts) then this is a great spot.
Pool was nice. We used it a couple times.
Gated building with parking. Guards were super nice.
All in all it was a great property and Tamarindo is a beautiful, fun town.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location and we love playa longosta! Property was very clean and the views are outstanding. Full time gated security as well which we didn’t expect. We hope to stay here again next year!

A fantastic view of the ocean. Everything you can think of in this very spacious condo. Immaculate. Pool and sandy beaches within steps. Be prepared during droughts that you must buy drinking water. Clarify initial steps to enter unit. Owner very timely in answering questions and assisting us when we needed help.

This condo is gorgeous, clean and has everything! We had a fantastic time. There were a ton of towels and beach toys to use. The property managment and guards were lovely and helpful. Pool was great and kids loved to swim. It's in the shade in the afternoon which is nice. Condo is huge and comfortable and the balcony sunset view can't be beat.
The kids loved snorkeling in the tide pools. There is a sandy place to swim in mid/high tide right near the condo with lots of trees for shade. There is also another much less rocky beach about a 10 minute walk to the left of the condo. Condo is an easy walk into Tamardino, but there is also a small grocery store and some restaurants just up the street.

Beautiful. Only about a mile walk to major restaurant area. Plenty of bathrooms (5 teenagers, 2 adults). Very Safe and Comfortable. We could all sit in living room together and watch a movie. Huge deck overlooking beautiful ocean/sunset.

We had an excellent stay at Crystal Sands. The condo was immaculate and well appointed and the layout was spacious and very comfortable. As much as we enjoyed the interior of the unit, nothing could beat the views from the beautiful balcony! We saw a spectacular sunset on our first night.
Our hosts provided excellent information about the condo and the area prior to our arrival and we took advantage of arranging some transportation through RPM. Communication was easy and efficient.
In hindsight, we wished that we had rented a car for some older members of our group, but we managed well enough and did elect to rent a golf cart one day.
Our group cannot say enough good things about this rental. We would happily return if the opportunity arose! Pura vida!

The stay was great! The condo was spotless and well-appointed. The views of sunsets and lightning from the back deck were amazing; the photos don’t do it justice. The owner and the property manager were super responsive with a couple small issues. We had a fabulous stay. Would consider adding luggage racks for suitcases and a couple flashlights (we lost power for a few hours one night). Would absolutely rent again!

We stayed at Crystal sands for 6 nights. The property is beautiful and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need. The property managers were very helpful getting us set up with tours and information about the area. The property is about a 20 min walk to Tamarindo so I recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured with an amazing view of the beach and sunset. The location is great for enjoying Playa Langosta and Tamarindo. We rented a golf cart and which made it even easier to explore the area. The security guards were so nice at the condo and very helpful. The condo pool was always empty and a great place to enjoy the afternoon. RPM was very helpful with booking excursions and transportation as well as very quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this condo as well as look forward to returning!!

My family (me and my husband, son & daughter-in-law and two teenage grandsons) found the condo and location perfect for our visit to Tamaindo/PlayaLagosta. The condo was beautifully laid out and appointed. The outdoor balcony had a table and chairs for all of us to spend time there together.

This was our 7th trip to Costa Rica and we have stayed at many condos in Tamarindo and Playa Langosta, including the Diria in Tamarindo, and this was the best condo we have stayed at by far. The private balcony with the views and sounds of the ocean and birds, is incredible! Every morning we couldn't wait to get outside on the balcony with breakfast to just relax and take it all in. Every evening we would have a drink and watch the sun go down, just amazing! The unit is very spacious and clean and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. The building and elevator are immaculate and very well maintained, private and quiet. The parking and storage for our surf boards was so easy and convenient. We loved staying here as it is so close to all the great restaurants and shops nearby, but it is so quiet and relaxing compared to the craziness of downtown Tamarindo. We hope to return again in the near future! Thank you Annette and Tom for letting us stay in your beautiful home! You were a pleasure to deal with as well as your property manager, and the process was so easy.

The property was almost too big for our family of 4. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the sun set each evening. Good restaurants are walking distance away.

Everything was perfect and made for a dream family and friend vacation! Annette’s place was fully stocked with all that you might need from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the laundry unit. Literally everything that we wanted was there, including beach toys for the kids which we were lamenting about not bringing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time watching the sunsets, listening to the ocean waves and watching the tides go in and out. The direct beach access from Annette’s place was great for exploring the tide pools and playing in the sand. For swimming, it was a short walk or even shorter ride to beaches nearby for swimming. The pool on property was both kid and adult friendly. What more can I say? It was literally perfect and our best VRBO experience to date. Oh I do want to mention Annette’s outstanding communication and friendliness. We 10/10 recommend her place and would stay again!

The property was just as described by other travelers. It had a wonderful layout and very large! Great view from the 3rd floor. Easy access to beach and we enjoyed the pool as well. We walked along the beach to Tamarindo Beach and for some of us it was an easy walk but my adult daughter was ready for the horse to take her back! Young people lol.... Annette was very helpful and answered all of my questions before our arrival. We did not need the windbreakers as Annette suspected : ) There were so many beach towels - thank you! The guards were so nice and helped us get dinner delivered the first night there - we arrived almost at 9:00pm. Thank you to them!
The communication with RPM was excellent! They helped us with arranging transport from airport and having groceries in the condo prior to arrival. Very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Great staff at RPM and we felt very valued as guests. I highly recommend Crystal Sands #302! If we come back in the area, I am booking again. Pura Vida!

I haven't been in this area on the country until this year and Annette's place was tge best ine by far. Amazing view, clean, all the bedding, towels etc available. No complaints!
We even bought food and new plates for the "property" cat which has been living in the property for so many years!!!
I will definitely recommend it to family and friends!
I won't hesitate to come back! Dream of a place!

Wonderful location in Playa Langosta/Tamarindo. The condo/property is supplied with everything you need for a amazing stay… cook/bbq, self catering and very convenient to many great variety of restaurants! The management company is very quick to respond to any request for easy transportation/excursions or maintenance items-very helpful! We will return! Really fabulous vacation! Couldn’t have been better
Stayed here for 5 night and wish it was more. It was just my wife and I but the space can accommodate much more with all the space. Everything you need is here from beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels to a well equipped kitchen. The property itself has a great pool and the guards will help with getting you a taxi when needed. We did not rent a car or golf cart but should have done a golf cart for at least one day. The beach area is not very swim friendly but a short walk down the street gives beach access in front of logosta beach club. We spent the days there and the early evening at crystal sands beach to catch the sunset. Of course the view off the balcony is priceless and is great in the morning or anytime really. Tamerindo has so much to offer. In fact my wife and I made it a joke to see if we could find a bad meal. We never did. Overall 5 stars for sure. The owners will also communicate before and during your stay. They are great people. Hope to be back for sure.

Amazing stay in Costa Rica!
We have nothing but great things to say about our stay at this property. Excellent locations close to Tanarindo but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. The condo is SO quiet and peaceful, so much space, absolutely beautiful views, and had all the essentials you would ever need for your stay. We were even provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Hope to be back in the future!
