Condo was beautiful and newly decorated. Very beachy🐢 Balcony was xlarge with a perfect view for all the dolphins spotted daily🐬 Beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was super!! Had all the necessary amenities but nothing xtra like beach towels or beach chairs/umbrella/toys. But bonus of 2 chairs and umbrella already set up on the beach! Elevators are fast and the 2 pools are great to hang out (along with the tiki bar poolside ) Will be booking this exact condo on our next beach trip !!

The condo was neat & tidy and everything worked well in it! Very roomy. Loved the floor plan, it was very open compared to most condos. Pictures don’t do justice. Elevators were quick also! That’s always a plus.

we walked in not expecting the place to be as big as it was! we had 8 total adults with us and we had plenty of enough space for everybody! even the bunk beds were spacious which we were scared about originally. great location across from all sorts of restaurants and attractions!

There was enough space for my husband, son, and myself to move around and not be under each other the whole time. The balcony was awesome! The view from the 20th floor was beautiful! Elevators were fast. My husband is disabled. It was very easy for him to freely move around. I do wish the property management could have provided either a shower transfer chair and/or a shower chair. We did not have room in car to bring his and the built in shower seat is not big enough for an adult to safely sit on without feeling like they will fall. It would be a very simple thing to provide for renters who deal with disabilities.

Gulf Crest is a great property and this unit is lovely. The pictures are accurate. Everything needed in kitchen is provided. Bed in master bedroom is very comfortable and the large shower is fantastic. The unit was clean upon arrival. The view fron the balcony is wonderful. At first we were disappointed that the recliner would not recline. So here's a tip for future visitors. It's an electric recliner and the power cord was in the drawer of the end table next to the chair. One more thing to be aware of is that the door does not lock automatically when it closes. The location is great and I highly recommend this unit.

The condo exceeded our expectations! The description and pictures on VRBO were accurate. We loved the location ... not as much traffic on the streets and at the beach as in Destin and just as beautiful. We met so many friendly travelers staying at Gulf Crest who agreed that this was their favorite place to stay in the area. We always felt safe knowing it was gated and there was 24 hour security. The breezeway connecting the parking garage to the high speed elevators, made it so easy and conveinent to get to the condo. The private balcony was incredible and the view was priceless! We loved watching dolphins as we drank our coffee out there each morning! The staff were friendly and helpful! Gulf Crest had everything we needed to make our vacation the best! We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

The condo property was spotless & that was great. Pools were kept clean, concrete was pressure washed regularly, game room if you have kids. Our condo was spacious and well decorated. The problem was our condo. It was filthy. Dirty sheets on the master bed, mold in the master bath, hall bath and washing machine, sand all over the floor, obviously not swept. The refrigerator had not been wiped out. I don’t know who was responsible for cleaning this condo, but they should find another line of work. As I said the unit was well laid out and had nice furniture , fixtures and a great balcony with plenty of chairs and a picnic table. If they get someone in there to clean it properly, it would be perfect!! I would definately rent another unit in this complex. (Or this one if it was maintained) One bad apple will NOT ruin my next trip!!

We found the condo online by the dates we wanted. It looked very nice and had great reviews. It was easy to book and confirm our dates. The condo was as nice as the pictures and we enjoyed the week on the beach. We would book again.

Building is very well maintained . Apart had an amazing view and was very well furnished and kitchen fully equiped. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is great. However, the bathroom attached to the living / dining area may have a water leak under the shower or in the wall. It has a slight odor and the edge of the tile is black.

The unit is beautifully remodeled, the floors were sandy, which is a cleaning crew just not taking pride in their job, sweeping wasn’t too big of a deal but I would have preferred to have not had to, the recliner didn’t recline, the head of the sleeper sofa was broken, so that made for a slight inconvenience for our teenage son. The overall experience was great, large balcony, enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset! Grounds and pool area are well kept

This was a great getaway. The only issue we had was that the assigned parking is unavailable. Fortunately, we had no problem finding alternate parking. All in all, it was a great vacay!

We picked up our rental, and had to drive around an hour and a half to get to the condo. Most of the after hours instructions were good, we got their near midnight and got our parking pass, gathered our luggage and made it to the 20th floor. City side view was incredible, to say the least, but when we made it to our room we punched in the code to the lock, and it just blinked red at us. Tried the keybox next to the door, tried and retried the code, and nothing. Found a nice woman working security, she contacted the condo people, but we were informed that they couldn't unlock the door. Contacted VRBO, and ALL the numbers provided to us, still nothing, everything to voicemail. We were up until almost 2am desperately trying to get into our room. We were hoping to wake up to the ocean, and in part we did... at the Holiday Inn down the street. We were contacted with another code at 7am, that one did work. Granted that was an incredibly rough start, but the second code worked fine, and we got into the room and it was everything we hoped for. The view was amazing, the condo building was as well. We falling asleep to the waves, and waking up and drinking our coffee to the view of the beach. Renting the condo was much more convienent than staying at a hotel, we wanted a relaxing vacation with little scheduling, and this was provided in spades. Can't recommend this property enough, amazing location in the city, less than 20 minutes from pretty much everything. Building complex was great too, gym, 2 hot tubs, and 2 pools (one was heated!) Family had an amazing vacation! Definitely give this one a go, the pictures don't do the view justice. Just make sure you get the right code for the door!

Great views from the balcony, very well-maintained pools, hot tubs. Door keypad didn't work, eventually was able to get a key for the unit. New appliances in kitchen, comfortable bed. Floors were not well vacuumed, also definitely not mopped ! Shower curtain had mold, air vents ( especially in kitchen ) very dirty. Ceiling fans all needed cleaning. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for one week stay. Not a drop of dishwashing soap.

We arrived to all the codes given for complex being incorrect. We went the whole week with a broken toilet and keyless entry not working and never received a wi-fi password all week. We called multiple times the day arrived and never heard back from anyone. So owners have a really nice unit under poor management, at least that’s our experience this week.

Everything was perfect! Loved the rental and it was exactly what we were looking for! It would be TOP TIER if it were pet friendly, but aside from that it was great!

The location was amazing and the view was spectacular! The living area was excellent and the rooms were comfortable! Only complaint…please give more than one roll of toilet paper and some other basic necessities. No coffee filters, dish soap, give more than one trash bag. Also, the bathrooms are needing updated but that doesn’t kill the overall feel of the place. Just would make this a 5 star feel with those little extra things is all.

All the lights and electronics worked. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing! I would suggest someone to look at the fan in the living room it seems to be stuck on a low setting. There was a washer and dryer that was very helpful during our stay, bc you have to wash your own towels. It was an amazing stay!! We were very satisfied with our stay at Gulf Crest. My only complaints are the size of parking garage is small and it room could have been a little cleaner....I clean for a living, so I'm very critical about it. Over all great place, amazing staff and wonderful location.
