Waking up to the view was absolutely amazing. The hosts were quick to respond. The pontoon rental was a great and affordable add on. We were looking to relax, this treehouse was perfect for that. (Hope you don’t mind stairs) We will definitely be back!

I am a pastor who recently lost my wife to cancer and needed a getaway to decompress and reconnect with God. This was the perfect location to isolate myself away from people for a couple of days. Place was very clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend. Plus I grew up in Eufaula, Oklahoma.

The supplies included was a surprise more than high priced hotels. It was very peaceful that my husband and I needed. I only have two things I was not pleased with. On leaving instructions by the door it asked me to sweep the floor, I not only swept I mopped the bathroom floor so much for my cleaning deposit. On the patio the grill I wouldn’t cook a dead rat on it was filthy. So to me in all those two things were petty as far as our stay.

My husband and I had a great time here! The cabin was very nice and clean! The view was incredible as well! It was a great place to stay to celebrate our anniversary! It did get a little hot in the afternoons but that come with temperatures in the high 90s. The drive in is not the nicest but once you get there it’s in a gated community and the facilities are very nice! Overall we really enjoyed staying here!

We booked one of the treehouses as an anniversary gift for our parents. They raved about it. They thought it was meticulously cleaned and organized, beautiful decorated, and had great views of the lake. They are already talking about booking one of the other cabins again this year. My husband and I just needed some downtime! This property was secluded, quiet, so clean, and beautiful. Even nicer than the pictures. Great hot water and water pressure, plenty of amenities, within 10 minutes of great restaurants. And great view of the lake! The other reviews were right - the neighborhood you have to drive through is a little sketchy, but the property (which is gated) is great. Would highly recommend.

Very cozy cottage with a beautiful view! Literally had the most breathtaking view of the lake from the living room and bedroom. Jacuzzi tub was very clean and worked just as good as any hot tub. We enjoyed it immensely. Our cabin did not have a full kitchen but they have plenty appliances to use from client cabin and we had everything we needed, plus the bonus of a horse shoe pit and games and DVDs to borrow.

As you are driving out to this cabin you will think..."oh no, what in the heck have I gotten myself into" the area is sad, depressed. Littered with Old abandoned trailers and shacks. It looks totally sketchy. Gravel road...but once you get to the resort "Calico Heights" there is an electronic gated fence, and the cabins are super cute. The view is great. The cabin was clean and had what we needed for a relaxing, pleasant stay.

Although the cabin is cozy and inviting, the furniture as in the couch, dinning chairs, and the bed are not the same as the ones in the pictures online, water pressure was low but that is expected in the more “remote” areas. This cabin I would recommend for weekend stays. Also bring an extra blanket when staying in the winter.

We stayed two nights and loved it. Very cozy and most comfy bed and sofa. Beautiful view, it actually snowed while we were there which just added to the experience. It was beautiful. The cabin was clean and had very cute decor. Everything you need but don't plan on cooking big meals, just a hot plate and no oven, but that is noted in the description. The sink is small so it's hard to wash dishes. But other than that it's pretty perfect. We would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for private getaway.

The treehouse was extremely clean and really well taken care of. The basics were provided. Towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, soap, basic cooking supplies, things like that. Basic instructions for upkeep were left. The were a couple of walking trails we did take and they were kept up with really week. A small picnic area, fire pit (with wood provided) and swings. There is also a storm shelter on the property. Deb was also amazing at making sure we knew she was reachable if we needed anything. The view was AMAZING! I highly recommend and would love to stay at one of the treehouses again

Quiet, Cozy, and Relaxing!
We stayed in Orange for our 8 year wedding anniversary. The view of the lake is perfect. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio to drink our morning coffee. The location is private and gated which adds to our comfort and security. The atmosphere of the camp area was relaxing. We enjoyed the trails, the color coordination of the treehouses and signs, and how private our experience was. We loved that each treehouse is still secluded from the others amongst the trees. We had rainy weather which just added to the coziness of being inside a treehouse cabin with your loved one. We can't wait to come back! We didn't want to leave!

We absolutely loved staying here. The property was clean and well kept and had everything you need available. We loved the view & trail on the property. The property has a room where you can grab some board games or movies which was fantastic as we love Boardgames. We’ll definitely be back!
