Clean, spacious flat well located with all you need. Gabriele is a very friendly host and gave us good recommendations for food and drink. To repeat!

The apartment has a very good position, ia very close to piaza Italia and a lot of good restaurante and nice pubs. also, the apartment is very spacious, has a really nice terrace and a great view on via Cavour. it is equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. the jos is really nice, he helped us with recommandations and with everything else we needed.
Being an apartament who kept the old design of the building it can be a little bit noisy, especially in the evening. It didn’t bothered us too much.

Very nice and helpful host. Property was in great location. It contained lovely balcony to sit or eat/drink/read. Lots of eateries in the surrounding area. Safe secure location and building. Quiet area for sleeping at night.
Kitchen just suitable for light snack, breakfast, tea/coffee.

excellent location in the heart of sassari. parking really cheap next door really convenient.
supermarket on the street corner and lots of restaurants near by.
the terrasse oriented south is a plus
