Convenient location, the room has all the amenities, the room looks modern.

The room looks clean at first glance, but there was a lot of dust on the hair dryer, a lot of dust on the heating radiator too, the TV remote is very dirty. The rooms are not completely cleaned. It's also a shame that the TV is not connected to the internet.

Location is good, room size is good, cleaning service is good. bathroom is good

if you call yourself a hotel then you should have a reception and a receptionist there. when we asked if someone would meet us, we were persistently told that only the self-check kiosk works on weekends. even though we were checking out on Monday from 9 o'clock, no one was at the reception, only a box for inserting cards. although I wrote in English, the answer came in German. Self check in is not that complicated, but I don't see how a computer illiterate person would be able to do it, such as retired elderly people. the card making machine broke down, so another German guest called the service. the hotel itself has obviously been recently remodeled/repurposed. but it is evident that there is no maintenance crew. faulty light bulbs, the radiator is broken, the faucet is broken, lots of little details that annoy. although in the description it was written that there is a parking lot, the parking lot is not big enough for the number of rooms the hotel has, so we parked the car on the street. it's not a matter of price, but of the truth of the data. if we had known that there was no parking and that there was no receptionist, we would never have made a reservation

Approximately 10 minutes walk from the train station, and easy to find. Had to "register" and produce keycard using a touch screen which was a first for me, but negotiated this hurdle without too much difficulty. Apartment was large and with a very high ceiling. Kitchen facilities were OK, including fridge & freezer. Fairly quiet location.

Never saw anyone at the Reception, though I did make contact by Mobile Phone / Handy.

Very beautiful surroundings. We had a great time. Everything was clean. Cozy. We highly recommend it. Communication was absolutely great!

Good location. Very quiet..

There is no bath mat in to the bathroom, no one tea spoon, only one fork! Pots doesn't suit for induction cooker! Cleaning it's not bad..there is only few things: tiles ground in to the shower need more attention, they do not Cleaning on the top of the wardrobe! Lots of dust. A bit far local shops.

The room is spacious and very affordable, even better than hotel.

- parking was full but we found a place on the nearby street in few minutes walk - no tea or coffee supplies

Very comfortable double room, with 2 beds joined, 2 comfy chairs with a small table, equipped and functional kitchen, large bathroom, large tv and strong wifi. There was also a free parking available. Self-check in was super easy. Appartment was very clean.

It was a bit too warm, but since the room was used for an older couple it was ok.

It’s a nice and clean apartment. The bathroom is large. Sofa is very comfortable for seating and sleeping. Parking is free. It’s not far from the downtown. The place is quiet.

avoid the weekends - hotel is mainly used by group of workers staying in Landshut for a while for industrial contract jobs. Quite a bunch partied all night long until 5 am on the parking lot, very loud, - there is no staff overnight at the hotel. This is really more geared to such workers then to tourists

Location of the accommodation is ok.

The room is very hot at a hot weather because there is a glass wall at one side with the small opening window only and no aircondition or ventilator is available.
