The apartment is clean and big enough. The location is nearby facilities and the beach. The views from the windows are beautiful (street and Mountain View’s) .The security staff are kind and helpful. The swimming pool is big and nice too. There is a washing machine and a dryer (necessary for family)
Perhaps the entrance and the exit to the apartment, gave a feeling of ‘jail’, you need the card every now and then. I understand the security concerns though.

So cosy with complete facilities and direct access to beach. Easy to Grab food, with lots of restaurants nearby (walking distance). Love also that it is so nearby to the mosque & a clinic (walking distance). The host also very much responsive, treated me nicely with respect.

everything is nice as showed in website and the host really helpful and responsive
the parking space for visitor. only one car can park in the building but the other need to park outside at own risk.

Love the swimming pool . Near to sea side.
I love everything but i prefer and could be love the most if get the apartment by sea view.

I like the facilities of the flat and the swimming pool. I feel at home and relaxed. I can wash and dry dirty clothes so I do not have to bring dirty clothes back. The host was very accommodating, she gave me clear instructions and always answered my WA immediately.

the owner is very good and responsive. a very clear instructions given prior to check in… house is good enough for 6 people stay…
the water tap in the kitchen sink I found it very troublesome, as in the water is dispersing everywhere and can’t wash properly…

Spacious unit, clean, enough for a family of 8..
Got washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave (can cook during my next stay here).
Got tent for kids, free phone holder for swim at the sea.
Parking is easy, spacious...got direct entrance to beach.
Pool is not that big, but sufficient for the low density of the building occupancy.
Location.. middle of busy ferringhi small town, food is everywhere
Wish can stay longer.. actually I don't have anything constructive to say.

It was really good. Privacy...clean...strategic place.. very helpful tenant...definitely wll cme again....only thing I had trouble is with the tv.....it has it all..but I'm abit slow in techie stuff..other thn tht...it was just perfect...just by the beach side.. u cn just walk out frm ur carpark...to the beach
