The room and facilities were very clean

I didn't see the reception being open at all during my 7 night stay, would be nice to be able to talk to someone if there would be a problem or so.

Friendly staff. My room at the rear of the building was quiet. Shower nice and hot.

Lumpy and soft bed, wifi didn't reach to my room on the second floor, no breakfast.

Loud, no insulation, dirty, low quality...

We could not check into the hotel despite the fact that we had called ahead that we will be getting late for check in. The entry code sent via email didn't work. We called the number that we had called earlier to complain about this severally but the number was not picked. After spending close to an hour without any luck of entry, we had to check into another hotel. The lady called back after we had Checked in into another hotel, was been unfriendly and insensitive and finally cut the phone off while we were still talking to her on the phone. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I forgot a handwatch and personel went a great deal ahead to schedule a return for me Clean Comfortable bed

Very nice place to stay the night, close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Self-check in process was easy, room was clean, double bed, good wifi connection.

It's REALLY noisy as the hotel is right beside the main traffic road, so you hear car passingby loudly throughout the night, and it won't be much better even if you close the window, maybe consider using earplugs if you want to get some sleep. The room looked very dull with the old furnitures. No breakfast option.

Staff was really nice, friendly and always ready for help. Location was also good, because it's near to airport. Room was clean and beautiful with all the things you need.

Bed was too soft and not so comfortable. Shampoo was empty and their was not hair dryer.

I am very grateful for the short notice stay at hotel sonnenschein. My partner needed emergency treatment at the nearby Augusta hospital, and was moved there from Dusseldorf airport. I had no idea where I, or she, was. But i found hotel sonnenschein and stayed there, so I could commute to the hospital. Thank you hotel sonnenschein! The rooms are comfortable and the location is near the airport and local hospital. The price is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean. No air con.

The guest in the room next to ours shouted a lot at night. I banged on the wall, but didn't want to directly confront him (as a woman at night).

One man there, i think he is the owner of the place. He his very unfriendly and racist. My baby was crying at the reception area the way he shouted at us.. omg it was so bad. I tried to control myself if not ...... Dogs at the reception..they are not chain,, they just bark and run after you. If u don't like dogs then is not a place for you..very bad
