Wow it really is a heartbeat away from Diocletians Palace and right in the midst of it all which is great! Still very quiet. Host was very helpful with my luggage as I was struggling a but with all the stairs! Beautiful spacious room and great facilities. Easy check in and out process.

Situated within the walls of the old city this is a very nice modern apartment, the owner was helpful with a slightly early check in. I had single room in a very modern attic/ loft. I had a few flights of stares but was helped with my luggage excellent stay. Situated right across from the best coffee house in split D16 was a bonus

Perfect location in the middle of old town. The facilities were clean and accessible. A small amount of stairs to get to the room but besides that it was easy to find and easy to return to after a day exploring

The host was not very communicative

Great location in old town split located in a picturesque area which leads directly to a number of tourist attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean with modern decor. The property is very secure and safe. There can be a lot of foot traffic and noise however the windows tended to block all the noise out. The wifi was great and fridge and air conditioning was a plus.

It can be a little difficult to find the building especially in the height of the season as many walking tours tend to stop right in front of the property making it harder to spot. There are many stairs to get the room so no ideal for anyone with mobility issues or with small children. The room is self check in however, we did not receive any messages about this and had to contact the host to let us in. The host was really helpful though and we had no issues when staying here.

The location is 10/10, one step outside and you're in the middle of the Complex of Diocletian's Palace, wonderful! Thanks to good windows, however, no noise from outside penetrates into the room. The room is beautifully and harmoniously furnished.

We had booked the Deluxe Queen Room with a king bed. But instead of a double bed, there are only two single beds in the room that have just been pushed together. Which is also recognizable at second glance on the pictures. So there can be no question of a king or queen bed. The bar fridge is only big enough for small drinks, there is no provision for food in the room.
