Todo pero la atención fue espectacular
Solo el restaurante es un poco lento pero valió la pena

El pan.. No estaba recién elaborado y le resta atractivo.

El ambiente es maravilloso todos son muy amables y la comida es deliciosa

El desayuno incluido era de buena calidad y una exelente presentación.
El jardín tenía una buena combinación de pasto sintético con abundantes plantas naturales, lo que da una buena impresión sin sufrir mucho por insectos.
Tiene una gran variedad de panes, postres y otros artículos en su tienda.
Tuve algunos problemas para la llegada debido al cierre de algunas calles, está algo alejado del centro y algunas aceras están en mal estado si deseas irte caminando al centro.
El estacionamiento es pequeño, si teníamos lugar pero hay que. maniobrar bastante.

Estuvo muy lindo el lugar y los desayunos son espectaculares! Con una tienda muy bien surtida de panadería, quesos y muy buena selección de vinos!
El único pero es que se encuentra en una calle principal de Tepoztlán y muy concurrida de ruidos de coches

The staff is very friendly and the food is really nice. The room was big and rustic.
The room was VERY noisy. It is close to the road and it is not sound proof so you can hear every sound. We went there for a wedding so not being able to rest was terrible. There was also some weird broken pump going on at night, all night and we had to sleep with headphones on to be able to sleep. They really need to solve this.

We loved the restaurant and the rooms. Beautiful garden and great value. The Service was excelente.
The noise. The hotel/restaurant is on a main street, where cars and Trucks start passing early in the morning.

The room was really cute and had a balcony wehre we could sit and look at the mountains — there's also a rooftop you can stand outside on with a beautiful view. The cafe the hotel is connected to is absolutely lovely and SO convenient for a snack and filling up water. Also: I LOVED the breakfast! The pastries were amazing and the entree was stellar. It exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again without question. Staff were amazing, place was wonderful, and the location was a short walk to the city center.

The room was beautifully and creatively appointed and quite charming. Breakfasts were good.
The only drawback for me was that the bed was just not comfortable.

Beautifully decorated and charming little hotel attached to a lovely bakery and restaurant. The bed was super comfortable, we had a very warm blanket, and the shower was wonderful (huge and best water pressure we had in Mexico). Helpful staff with excellent English and the included breakfast was fantastic, too. We also had dinner in the restaurant one day that was quite nice! Would definitely come back.
Nothing. Be aware that the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the city center but that was really no issue for us. The location felt very safe and there is a small store right across the street.
