Swansboro-The Downtown Boro one block from front street.
«La ville amicale par la ville» est une merveilleuse petite ville appelée Swansboro, Caroline du Nord. Il est situé dans la section historique du centre-ville sur les plages voisines. Les restaurants, les festivals, les boutiques de cadeaux et la musique live sont tous à un bloc. Vue de la rivière White Oak et de la voie navigable côtière inter-côtière de Crystal Coast. Les plages de l’île d’Émeraude sont à seulement 5 km et le parc d’État de Hammock’s Beach est à seulement 3 km.
Nous avons toujours rêvé de transformer notre maison en maison de vacances pour permettre aux visiteurs de profiter de leurs vacances comme si ils étaient chez eux.
Nous avons 2 grands porches avec des chaises à bascule et une balançoire. Les porches donnent sur la rivière White Oak avec une vue sur l'ICW à droite. Il y a une terrasse à l'arrière avec barbecue et chaises.
Les installations comprennent une télévision connectée HD, un canapé inclinable, un fauteuil inclinable et un fauteuil pivotant. La grande chambre des maîtres a un lit Queen, une télévision HD Smart, une salle de bain principale, un dressing et une porte donnant sur le pont supérieur. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, la 3ème chambre a des lits jumeaux, la 4ème chambre a un canapé futon / lit. Il y a une salle de bain complète à l'étage 2 et 3 chambres à coucher. La salle à manger a une table à manger pour 4 ou 6 personnes. Wifi gratuit.
La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un bar à 3 tabourets et donne sur la salle à manger.

We love this house, and it was our second time staying here. The location is perfect; we would walk into town each night to listen to music, grab an ice cream, or a beer on the water.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house in Swansboro. The owners were so nice and left little touches about the house that made our stay so comfortable from complimentary coffee to towels and lines.
The downtown area is so cute and only 1 block away. We enjoyed walking around every morning and evening and checking out the restaurants and shops.
Also, my son loves the ducks of Swansboro. We had the same visitor every morning and evening; a muscovy duck who my son named Darryl.
We were close proximity to Emerald Isle as well which is a beautiful beach.
Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location, beautiful home, wonderful host!!! Me , my husband, our 5 kids, and my mom all loved it! Very spacious and super clean!! It was absolutely beautiful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Stores are a short drive away! We picked here because we wanted to be close to emerald isle and jacksonville.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location! We have been visiting Emerald Isle and Swansboro for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest houses we stayed in. Very clean and all the amenities you could need. We had many errands to run due to a death in the family but really enjoyed the time at the house. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and the shops in the area or just order take-out and eat in. Even though we had a lot to get done the week we were there, it was great to come "home" to relax. Would definitely like to get back soon.

Suellen was just wonderful from start to finish. Anytime I had questions, she answered them quickly. The house was very clean, had great views and is in a great location. It was so nice to be able to walk to dinner, Flotilla and tree lighting. We fixed a lot of our meals at the house, and we had plenty of room for the five of us. Plus, we were able to entertain our daughter and her family. The weather was nice and we enjoyed the porches everyday. Great place to have morning coffee looking at the water view and beautiful sunrises. The home was decorated for Christmas which we just loved. Suellen is a great host, and I would love to stay their again when visiting our daughter.

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful, cozy home. One day was spent entirely inside because of Tropical Storm Ian passing through and we had plenty of space to just relax. Its location was great for visiting downtown shops, Emerald Isle and our Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. The porches were inviting and the sunrise beautiful from the upstairs porch. The owner was easy to reach, quick to answer, and checked in on us periodically by text. We would stay again!

This house is amazing! It’s beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean. Communication with Suellen was easy and she’s very responsive. House is in a great area within walking distance to waterfront, restaurants and shops. We especially loved the front porch swing and rocking chairs! Would highly recommend staying at the Boro.

Overall terrific stay. The home was comfy, ample space, well located and the owner/host kind & helpful. Recommend having a few more coffee cups and the stove burners were somewhat weak. However, we highly recommend this quaint Swansboro rental. Thanks again…

Long weekend by the Boro
This is our second time staying at this property. We loved it so much we had to come back. The house is clean, well stocked and has lot of room for a family get a way. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to downtown Swansboro where there are lots of shops and local dining. The hosts are amazing and keep you updated and ensure you do not need anything. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon.

Amazing hosts, perfect location, and beautiful property
This big beautiful house is located walking distance to everything Swansboro! We were here for 6 weeks and loved every minute! Restaurants, water-sports, shopping, parks, Churches, fishing, running paths, Pogies kids camps and ferries, and more are all walking distance! The host’s communication was fabulous and they are as friendly as can be. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Loved This Place
Gorgeous, clean 2 story home. The property is perfectly located ( rock throwing distance) from several Great restaurants, shops, kayak retals, bait/tackle shops and across the street from a small public pier. 10-15 from the beach, Wal-Mart, Lowes and Walgreens/ CVS. When we had a minor issue with the AC, the property owner was there in minutes to fix the problem.

The house was spotless! The hosts were perfect! Located in a quiet town close to the base. We got to visit with our new Marine. The house was so perfect that we stayed there instead of going out. We cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, etc. The hosts did not miss a single detail. Anything you thought you may need, they had it. The house was a home. We were comfortable and we really created some great memories. My many thanks to Suellen for providing the best stay. Thank you and we will certainly return!

This house is great for a small family to enjoy! Right in the heart of swansboro it’s an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. The porches give you access to view the water. Would highly recommend!
The only thing I would add is maybe a better can opener! Haha we had some issues using the one in kitchen :)

We had an excellent visit to Swansboro for my daughter’s wedding. The house was in a perfect location close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Location, location, location!!!
We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for my family of seven. We were not crowded at all. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was nice. My children loved the spa tub that I sadly never got to soak in. We played games on the tv and in the game room. I enjoyed swinging on the front porch and the tree while the kids played outside. We enjoyed the grill one night. Coffee on the balcony is a must do! It was so relaxing. We walked to the local shops, went fishing, kayaking, played putt-putt and of course went to the beach. The location of this home is one of the reasons we booked it, and it DID NOT disappoint! Everything was so close, so by the time we were tired, we made it home within minutes. This was our first experience with VRBO and I have no complaints. The hosts responded well when we needed them.
