The location was great, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The view of the waterway was amazing. There was plenty of room, and it was very clean

The stairs are a lot but I managed.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, The waterfront view was perfect and everything was within walking distance including the venue that we planned our visit around, the only issue was operating the TV,,,,lol. but we were not there to watch TV anyway. Thanks for allowing us to use the property and we would gladly choose this property again Phil & Saundra Eason

We loved the mattress, view, location. Loved that we were able to walk to dinner after a long drive to get there!

There was no porch light was our only disappointment

Please replace coffee maker with Kuerig and leave spa -like items for bathroom; good coffee (not the cheapest), real half and half in fridge, tea, lemon, sugar and continental breakfast items (oatmeal, granola, fruit cups, yogurt), would have been appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Swansboro. The studio was perfectly located and was large and airy. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We would stay there again in a heart beat!

Property had a nice view.

My wife and I are retirees. I have bad knees, so going up a flight of 20 stairs with no intermediate landing was a difficult "greeting", especially after several trips with luggage, supplies and incidentals. Having a light switch that controlled the majority of the space's lights at the bottom of the stairs is convenient when you enter at night, but an exhausting aggravation when you are ready to go to sleep (hint: 3 way switches are inexpensive). the lack of convenience outlets was problematic. Unfortunately, the RE office below the loft decided to remodel their offices, however they chose to have the work done at 6 AM so the office could open at 8. Lastly, the instructions for the entertainment center were worthless. While we were not there to watch TV, It would have been enjoyable when winding down the day.
