Cosy, warm, comfortable in a great location. The host provided clear information for check in.

The apartment was in great location with lot of shops and restaurants close by . It was clean and modern furnished with all you need to dine in and make lovely breakfast. Pool was lovely bonus . Host was very nice and emailing us to make sure we are happily and don’t need any help.

Top part of bunk bed wasn’t made and I needed to put sheets on mattress, pillow and duvet .The internet on TV wasn’t working even it said it is on and we couldn’t watch any programs we would understand because Netflix or Amazon prime wasn’t working . The kitchen had just 3 big plates and 3 of each cutleries . It would be nice to have more of them to fill dish washer to do the washing and not me .

Everything in this flat was as described. Literally everything! It was clean, and comfortable. You have your privacy and could check in and out without any problems. The communication with the host was perfect for introverts like us! Everything was done online via email. We prefer it without a lot of interpersonal small talk. We received all the information we needed in good time. The flat was clean, tidy and modernly furnished. We thank you very much for this great stay!

Location excellent, the apartment clean and tidy. The hotel facilities are great , the breakfast wasn't included in the price but it was delicious .

Due to the arrival circumstances and the late booking time , from our side , we had a bit of an issue accessing the apartment. But the host was really helpful and nice so everything sorted and we had a good stay.

This is a private flat located within an apartment/hotel chain called Adagio. Good communication from the host with apartment information and how to access. Amazing location - 5 minute walk to a free shuttle bus for Disney, less than 2 minute walk to Val D Europe shopping centre, 15 minute walk from Val D Europe train/bus station. Apartment itself is compact and has everything you need (fridge, dishwasher, iron, coffee machine, TV etc) very clean and in good condition. Useful amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, loo roll, washing liquid, sponge etc included. Option to pay for breakfast at the hotel, however we made our own before heading out each day. There was also a swimming pool but we did not use.

The building appears to be getting upgraded in areas - the corridors are quite dated, but this did not affect our stay. Although the apartment was located on the ground level, there were 3 stairs to access this level from the reception, which may prove an issue for those with restricted mobility. Can be quite noisy at times from other guests.

Before arrival the host sent me all the info I needed to get into our apartment through booking.com and replied quickly when I responded. Was very helpful and polite. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay plus it was in an excellent location with free shuttle bus to Disney if we didn't want to walk. Plenty of local restaurants close by and was close to the train station.
