We had a lovely stay in OGT. The property is in a fabulous location.

Very clean, accommodating studio. Perfect location, perfect size for my wife and I. Everything you need to spend a night or a week. Every square foot was utilized perfectly and interior is tastefully done. Parking in front of the studio & just outside our door is a plus. Host was very easy to reach and responded immediately answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, the accommodation was acceptable, but certainly less than we'd anticipated. As Vrbo homeowners, we may expect and provide so much more for guests, while ensuring prompt and welcoming communications before, during and after the stay. The "efficiency style" carriage house is just that, small with very minimal amenities or supplies. The internet, Wi-Fi, streaming options are less than acceptable for 2023, however may just be the "thing" in Ogunquit. Note that the unit may have upstairs guests, which can be noisy and bothersome, and the unit is next door to a bustling restaurant/valet parking with hours until 10PM five nights a week. For a beach vacation spot, perfect location in Perkins Cove and the owners, Boriana and Rick are cordial.

No place to check in when we got there. No cleaning of room at all. Need more signs where the place is. But it is a great beautiful location

The studio was clean and nicely remodeled recently. The pool was a wonderful asset. The location is perfect for walking to Perkins Cove and the Ogunquit Beach. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Loved it!

The studio is small but it has everything we needed for our short stay. The studio was very clean (just renovated) and the location was perfect. Every day we sat at the pool for our morning coffee - the pool area was a plus. I would recommend for a short stay.

My husband and I went to our favorite vacation town of Ogunquite Maine and discovered some wonderful new places. The carriage house is next door to an awesome restaurant (That Place) and the carriage house itself was just perfect. It's a comfy place to lay your head, beautifully decorated and well appointed. In a smaller space, storage is important and it had that in spades. Lastly, the host Boriana was sweet, efficient, and very helpful. We definitely plan to make this an annual visit!!

Perfect, small place for myself and my son. Great location for walking to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and Ogunquit. We recommend eating at: Lobster Shack, Cove Cafe, Mike’s All Day Breakfast, deli/ market in ogunquit, scoop Deck, Egg and I. I would have loved a hairdryer in the apartment. We will be back!

The property was very clean, and the owners were very nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Perkin's Cove. The setup was very comfortable, with a Roku TV, love seat, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. It was too early in the season for the pool to be open, but that would be a nice amenity should we stay again in season. Having the restaurant next door is extremely convenient, not to mention that the food and drinks are delicious. We look forward to staying again!

Extremely nice owners, very accommodating. Great location for accessibility to everything in ogunquit. My wife and i will definitely try to return.

The studio is in the heart of Ogunquit, close to Perkins Cove and the village center. It's on the main drag but sits behind other buildings so it's relatively quiet and private. Rick, the owner, is a great guy. We had a fun and delicious dinner in his restaurant right next door. It's a great place to stay in Ogunquit!

Perfect location minutes to the Marginal Way and harbor.

Great stay. Wonderful hosts. The pool was a huge part of why staying here was so fabulous. So great to have an outdoor space to hang out at! The studio was charming. The only thing I would suggest is adding a small bureau for clothing, otherwise the unit met our needs just fine.

Had a great time at this studio. Small but description was accurate and just what we needed. Didn’t want to cook on this trip but it offered a small fridge and microwave and dishes/cutlery to heat up leftovers which was perfect. Boriana was so nice, very warm, welcoming, responsive and accommodating. Next door is their restaurant and we could not agree more with other reviewers…delicious! And convenient! The location of this studio was so great…we walked to everything we could and then drove to Kennebunkport, York Beach and we saw the Cher show at Ogunquit Playhouse! Check it out, got great seats an hour before show time! We brought a card table and 2 folding chairs to play cards on and it fit perfectly. Great time and would love to come back again! Thank you Boriana, for allowing us to stay here, next time we hope to meet Rick! All the best!

We spent four nights in the studio. The location was perfect, steps away from Perkins Cove or a few minutes' walk from the rest of town. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. It's a small space with minimal amenities, but the place is comfortable and perfect for a short stay.

The studio location is perfect. Close to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. And the pool is an added bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rick and Boriana’s rental. The studio is well appointed and maintained. The owners live nearby and are very friendly. The location couldn’t be better. You are right in between downtown/the beach and Perkins cove. Bonuses include having the private pool to enjoy and the provided parking space, as parking is quite pricey in the area. “That Place”, a restaurant owned by Rick and Boriana, is steps away from the studio and was a great dining experience. We will definitely be coming back again!

Conveniently located, sweet owners, overall great experience

It's a mile walk to the beach mad we needed it since we walked to breakfast, and dinner and especially ice cream every day Rarely needed the car.

Great location for a studio, a little bit f a challenge getting out at night when the restaurant next door is rocking, but perfect location, can walk everywhere from there Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, Center of Ogunquit, the Main Beach, and can always hop on the Trolley. Loved it, we'll be back!!

Perfect location! Easy to walk to Perkins Cove and restaurants. Enjoyed the swimming pool. It was very hot so the pool was a relief.

I booked this property thinking that we would be able to participate in a number of activities that were close. However, it was a cold, windy and wet weekend. The property is located within walking distance to Perkins Cove and a wonderful breakfast establishment called Cove Café. The owner also owns an extremely popular and excellent restaurant next door, called That Place. When I booked, I did not realize just how small it was. Due to the poor weather, it meant we spent more time in the space but this is no fault of the owner who was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a larger rental on the property so if you don't mind small or if you are a single person, it is a great place and location. If you need more space, I would suggest booking the larger rental.

This little studio is great for a weekend and close to Perkins Cove. Owner, Boriana, was so nice and accommodating and her restaurant next door is delicious.

The Inn at That Place was a perfect vacation spot. Fantastic location since I love Perkins Cove. Near excellent restaurants, boat trips, shopping and the beach. The property was very clean, which is an issue these days. Borianna was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying there. For those who enjoy a pool, it offers that, too.

This was a perfect little getaway! The host was amazing, would answer quickly and help us with any questions we had. The studio is small, but it’s all we needed😊 And the location was PERFECT! We walked almost everywhere. We will come again!!

A lovely little place. Just as described, owners were great. 3 mins walk from Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way, 17 mins walk into the center of Ogunquit with plenty to see on the way. Rick and Boriana also own ‘ That Place’ next door, an excellent restaurant and bar frequented by visitors and locals.
