This place was perfect! The amazing views, hot tub and screened in porch were top notch. We spent most of our time there! Although it was hot, the ceiling fans and shades helped a great deal during the heat of the day.

This property is so much more than expected. Everything was just perfect. The beds were comfortable and the views spectacular. We enjoyed our mornings on the deck and the hot tub was so relaxing in the evening. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing fun place to stay!

We had a weekend away with our adult sons. Loved the beautiful view from the back deck. We spent most of our time in the hot tub or wrapped in a blanket, sitting in the patio chair on the deck sipping coffee enjoying the view. Perfect weekend! The home looks better than the pics and we loved it.

Outstanding! The pictures do not do it justice. The most beautiful view I could imagine in the ozarks. We spent allllll of our time on the large screened in deck….coffee wrapped in a blanket and a glass of wine at sunset time. The beds are very comfortable and the place was very well kept. We had everything we needed and wanted! :)

This place is amazing! Great view’ peaceful, very clean! Everything is beautiful! It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we came up to stay a few days and nights. We played golf at holiday island, we went downtown Eureka Springs. Just took it easy and had a great time! Perfect place to bring your family! Thank you so much!!!!

Location is just far enough from Eureka Springs to get your shop on and enjoy down time. We had a designated driver because of the curvy roads back from town. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We ran out of coffee the first day which we normally pack just in case. There was rain everyday but we enjoyed the lightening show and rainbows over the mountains from the hot tub and deck. Communication response was excellent within a couple of weeks of our reservation and during stay.

Pictures just don’t do this house justice! Great floor plan with a fabulous view! We loved the gas log fireplace, as we had snow when we were there. The kitchen was well stocked and had every type of dish and pan I needed to cook for Christmas. There is a regular coffee maker and not a Keurig, which worked out fine with pouring our K-Cups info filters. All the beds were comfortable, including the pull out.
We would definitely recommend to anyone and hope to stay again!

This was our 4th VRBO experience, and while they were all good this one was by far the best. The house is big, comfortable, clean, and sports a 3-car garage and a huge porch with a hot tub overlooking the river. Everything was just the way we would want it to be!

This property is beautiful and clean. The home had everything we needed. Each room had extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The view when you walk in us absolutely stunning. The only downside was that the hot tub didn't work while we were there which was disappointing since that was a major selling point for us. The manager responded very quickly and sent maintenance that day. However, they were unable to resolve the issue. Overall, the property was amazing and we enjoyed our time there. We love the area, there is so much to do.

Enjoyed a lot of time on the back deck Beautiful sunsets and many deer playing in the back of the property every morning. Road motorcycles on all the amazing routes which included the route to the rental. Eureka Springs and Holiday Island both had plenty of shopping and restaurants. Could have used more than one bath towel provided for each adult.

Property location was perfect. Beautiful views, everything you could need available. Plenty of space to hang out. Driveway was plenty enough for a 40 ft gooseneck trailer loaded down with Jeeps. The 3 car garage worked out perfect as well. We will be returning!

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful & the view is breathtaking! We booked it for a bachelorette party, so there were 6 of us ladies that stayed for a weekend. The drive to town was a bit further than I thought, but that’s mostly because the roads are very windy and hilly. The host was great at communication, and we will definitely be back!

Private home, great for couples or family
My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The checkin process was hassle free and the placed looked and smelled nice upon entry. The location had a countryside feel and there was no direct line of sight from the neighbors while we enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the screened in back deck. We were a short drive to the heart of Eureka Springs historic district.
There were a few minor problems like the string lights on the back deck not working, one of the actuators that controls the jets in the hot tub was broken, the hot tub was a little cloudy and foamy, the hot tub light didn't work, and on the last day it stopped heating. I don't think it's fair to place all the blame on the owners for the hot tub. I know how finicky they can be, and if previous guests weren't doing everything just right (took the chemical dispenser out, put bath oil or salts, etc.), it could've caused problems. I should add that the property managers encouraged us to report anything not working properly and seemed eager to make repairs and/or maintenance.
The beds were comfortable and they did a pretty good job stocking items to make you feel at home. There were quite a few rules to follow with accompanying threats of being charged extra if they were not followed. However, they were all reasonable and obviously needed due to discourteous guests in the past.
My wife and I both agreed we'd like to come back and maybe bring the family or another couple. We would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you prefer your privacy over being right in the heart of town.

Perfect family getaway spot
We had 4 young children and 2 adults here for our family Christmas trip and I had a hard time getting everyone to agree to leave each day because we enjoyed the house so much. We had PLENTY of room (including the enormous, ventilated master closet that fit a pack n play easily) and the location was just outside of downtown Eureka Springs and nearby all the things we'd wanted to do. The kitchen was very well-stocked and there were several board games we enjoyed plus the ping-pong table. Possibly the best part was the large back porch with gliders, a 6 top dining table, and huge hot tub....and the VIEW! You can't always be sure from a listing if the place will be a good fit but we were thrilled with how this one turned out. We had one minor issue with the hot tub but the owners had someone there within 20 minutes. and he was so pleasant and fixed the problem quickly. A big thank you from us!

Overall, we had a wonderful time at this property. The space was very comfortable and the view from the back porch was amazing. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking meals. It was a very nice location to stay outside of town but still be within a quick drive to Eureka Springs downtown. There were a few issues during our stay. The fireplace didn’t work, the bathtub had not been cleaned thoroughly in some time (thick black residue around the jets and oozing out of one) and the hot tub would not heat above low-mid 80s on our second night (first night was a low 90s). We were told a couple of days in advance about the fireplace so that was a bummer but not a surprise and totally okay. The other two items were not ideal, as they were factors in the selection of this house, but we were not super upset. We made the best of our time. We are really reasonabl people and understand that things happen. However, we were most surprised and disappointed by the response (or lack of) from the host regarding the issues. We notified the host of the issues at the time of checkout. The only response we received was “we wish you would have contacted us prior to your departure so that we could have addressed your issues during your stay.” We explained that we would have done so if we would have thought there was a reason to. The bathtub wasn’t worth reporting on the spot because we were able to clean it ourselves. It was only mentioned so the host could address it with their cleaning company for future stays. With the hot tub, we initially thought that we didn’t allow enough time for it to heat properly. On the second day of our stay, we turned up the temp in the afternoon so there was plenty of time to heat. It was night by the time we wanted to get in and realized that it was actually not working. It was really too late to report an issue and organize getting it fixed during our stay since we were checking out the following morning. We never received a response at all after providing that explanation. A simple apology would have gone a long way. We also inquired in advance about early check-in and didn't get a response when we followed up on check-in day. It really wasn’t a big deal but it does suggest that the host might not see guest experience and communication as a very high priority. As long as you don’t have a need for communication with the host, it’s a wonderful option to consider in Eureka Springs.

This was a great place for our group of 2 couples. We had plenty of room to spread out and to have time together. The views are beautiful and the porch was a perfect place to relax.

Beautiful View
I took my kids to stay here and we couldn't be any happier with this beautiful home. It was extremely clean , welcoming, comfortable. We watched 2 fawns in the backyard playing and sleeping in the wildflowers every morning and afternoon. My son loved the ping-pong table. It is a very short drive to a grocery store and places to eat and also to downtown Eureka Springs. Perfect location! Will definitely stay here again.
