No breakfast a few problems but we were comfortable. Loved the deck
Cleaning left a bit to be desired. There was also a couple of safety concerns but these have now been reported to the manager

First thing we saw upon entering was an old burnt cigarette but.

That there were 2 separate areas for kids and adults. Each group could use a different area if they needed to.
Bottom room was a bit hot and so was kids room. Maybe more fans or aircon in both?

The location and the views were great.
We didn't like having to wash everything in the kitchen before we used it.
The oven and the frying pans were not cleaned from the previous visitors.
There was previous visitors hair in the showers.
There was rubbish on the deck not discarded before we arrived and the cane furniture on the deck had filthy stains.
The TV is mounted so high on the wall that my wife and I suffered from vertigo watching it.

The location was very convenient, close to shops and other facilities.
There was a problem with ants in the kitchen. They were even on the door handle on the fridge. We couldn't see what they were coming for but there were quite a few of them. Strangely there were none around the bin under the sink.
The blind in the kitchen needs a good clean.
Not aware it was a split level property from the description. This could have been a problem if we had elderly family members with us.
With only one airconditioner, in the main bedroom, the other bedrooms were quite warm.
