Off main drag, the home backs onto a creek, so very private tropical setting to sit on wrap around verandah & listen to the birds. Full size BBQ on deck. The 4th bedroom is downstairs & is fully self contained. Under house parking for 2 cars. Short stroll to eateries, coffee shop & beach access.

No aerial on TV, so limited viewing. One commercial station available through internet, ch 9. Netflix available but not for our whole duration. So no TV at all for 4 days & nights. Kitchen hasn't been refurbished as yet but still functional. Limited drying space as there isn't a lge clothesline, only an airer. There wasn't a curtain in lounge room, so afternoon sun & privacy was an issue.

Location, layout, size of rooms

Not clean. Some fixtures poor or dilapidated.

We loved the location. The table was great for playing games and socialising. We thought the property was quite good value for money

It would have been good to have had air conditioning downstairs, it was very hot down there. The kitchen cupboard was falling apart and the pans in the kitchen all seemed to burn very easily, we spent a lot of time scrubbing pans to get them clean.

Large house, very open and airy, nice large verandas/ deck area

A little run down, cupboard doors in kitchen are off their hinges, air con doesn’t work, has washing machine, but no clothes line, some mould on walls and ceilings.

Location was great

The bedding was old and the animal smells in the Main bedroom particularly was not great. The lawn was not mowed and it looked untidy from the outside

The location was handy to all of the shops, easy walking distance

The house is showing some age and could do with some maintenance

The bushland at the back of the property made it absolutely beautiful. One minute on the beach, the next in a rainforest.

The place needs a good clean. The unit had a real musty smell in it.
