Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the deck was incredible! Other then exploring RMNP, our mornings and evenings on the deck were our favorite. Grand Lake is such a cute town! Hope to visit again one day!

We spent our honeymoon here. Love the place with a view! TV didn’t work but it worked out because we spent the time talking about our dreams for the future. Everything was well stocked. We had a fantastic time. Hope to come back soon!

Couldn’t have had a better stay. Beautiful place right on the water. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the birds soar over the lake. The views from the dinner table were perfect as well. We even got to see a rainbow one evening. Shane was a responsive host. We’d certainly choose to stay here again!

Great amenities and a more beautiful view than expected!! Some things to note, there was a missing coffee maker so recommend bringing a French press if you have it. Additionally, if you’re cooking for a crowd, the fire alarm is sensitive and the exhaust fan isn’t that effective so if you’re cooking a lot at once just be mindful of heat/exhaust. That aside, if we do go back would 10/10 book this place again :) A wonderful time in an even more wonderfully maintained Vrbo.

This condo was right on the water and one block from town. Walk to EVERYTHING! 5 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain! We could not have asked for more and will absolutely be back! Easy check in and out! THANK YOU!!!

We loved the great location close to downtown and on the waterfront. So easy to walk the waterfront and downtown for shopping, restaurants and ice cream! The remodeling and upgrades made for a enjoyable stay. Shane was quick to respond to a message and very helpful. We would definitely return!

It was great, great location nice views awesome weather could not have been better. The only negative was when the neighbors got there and where upstairs above us. Real noisy had kids running and jumping on the floor. Outside of that it was great. Although we dont have anything to compare this stay to. First vacation in 30 years..

My family stayed here for a September wedding in Granby. The view from inside the condo and on the balcony was just beautiful. We felt the condo was well equipped. We were able to make some frozen foods one night. Plenty of room for our whole family to eat. Being able to do laundry is a big perk for our family. Even my mother in law was impressed with how modern and pretty the inside of the condo was. Very close to entering RMNP. We saw a huge black bear just below the balcony so be aware after dark! We would definitely return next time we are in Grand Lake. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We absolutely loved the condo. Can't ask for a better lake view and the location to downtown is perfect. Our family had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

We found this property last minute while on a road trip through Colorado. Booking was extremely easy as well as the check in process. The amazing view of the lake and the location right in town were the highlights of our stay! The space is bright, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy. Really had everything you need for a nice getaway on the lake or to RMNP.

Let me just state that issues stated in previous reviews have been addressed. New couch, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, extra blankets and comfort all around. The view is the best part, as well as the location. You can walk anywhere you need to and we enjoyed not having to drive after we settled in. Great place to spend your vacation and we all agree we need to come back. Thanks for a great stay!

If you come to the west side of RMNP you will probably end up in Grand Lake, a little town with a cutesy downtown and the best availability of lodging. This airy condo on the lake is the best combination of location and value. An unbeatable view of the lake and mountains from the balcony makes it hard to leave for the NP. The check-in was easy and the property manager is super-responsive. The sauna is a nice touch. When I'm back in Grand Lake, I won't have to look any further for accomodations.

The condo was as described and relatively clean. The issue was that the couch had major damage. The arm was detached from the back. We immediately messaged the owners, but they did not reply. The lack of response was very disappointing since we had been messaging each other just a few hours earlier. This is the major reason for our rating. One of our party had to sit in a dining room chair whenever we watched a movie or hung out in the living room. In addition, the oven was very dirty, but the rest of the condo was clean. The beds in the second bedroom were very firm (although, some future guests might enjoy a firm bed). As mentioned in a previous review, one bed had thin polyester sheets and the pillows for all three beds were flat. Lastly, the directions to get into the mud room were incorrect online and in the notebook in the condo. The lock is electronic and neither code provided for the inner nor outer doors worked. We would have messaged the owner, but since they did not respond to our message about the broken couch, we figured that they would not respond. Other things to know before you book: • There were no “finishing touches” such as tissues, first aid kit, sunscreen, writing pad and pen, tea, nightlights in the bathrooms (there was one in the hallway), books, local maps, etc. Only one brand of inexpensive coffee was provided. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms. • There was nothing to make one feel like a welcome guest that some hosts provide such as a welcome gift of cookies, wine, or fresh flowers or a hand-written note. One host at another place in Grand Lake provided a few local beers and cozies as a welcome gift even for a weekend stay. In addition, the hosts did not check in during our stay, which is another way for a host to make a paying customer feel more like a welcome guest. • The kitchen only has the supplies for light cooking. There are no extras for a “fully stocked” kitchen like a blender, pitcher, serving dish, mixer, casserole dish, muffin pan, slow cooker, etc. This should be no problem if you are not planning on cooking anything other than a simple meal. • The condo is still being painted. The owners messaged us and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The unfinished painting in the master bathroom and the needed touchups throughout the condo did not bother us. Please check with the owner before you book if this is something that would bother someone in your party.

Good location, beautiful views overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the stay but the condo really needs a thorough cleaning. Rugs and pillows need cleaning. Bedding and pillows need updating ( And cleaning, animal hair appeared to be on pillow bedding and definitely on the front room rug). Need additional pans for cooking. Master bedroom did not have a jet tub as described. Fire place was not available and renovation should have been disclosed prior to our stay.

When going to Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake is one of our favorite places to stay. This properties location allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Grand Lake even more. Waking up to the sun rising over the mountain, and the fish breaking on the surface of the lake. The unit had plenty of room and every thing we needed for a comfortably stay. We realize that the broken door off the master bedroom was on order however it would have been nice if the screen door to the patio wasn't also broken. We would have used the patio more if we didn't have to keep propping the screen up.

Nice unit. Whoever cleans the unit must do a better job. Throw rugs need cleaning, toilets and sink in kitchen(garbage disposal) smelled bad. Screen door out to deck is broken. Not enough towels out for guests. Instructions said to bring garbage to bin...What bin? The closest one to unit was locked.

My adult daughter and I were on our annual mother/daughter trip. This condo is in the perfect location in Grand Lake. You can walk almost anywhere. The condo itself is beautiful and is well appointed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic location..opening the front door and looking out on Grand Lake never got old…spent hours being entertained by action on the lake. Paddle boarder were especially amusing! Very nicely decorated. Well appointed..but no frying pan!!..did someone steal it?? Hiked every morning and sat on the deck all afternoon. Perfection.

We loved everything about the place! So much so, we’re booking again for next year.

This condo is amazing. We have stayed in various other units in the building over the years and this one is by far the most comfortable and updated and with the best view of the lake. The very comfortable patio furniture was a nice surprise. The only thing that would make the stay even better would be having TV’s in the bedrooms. I need that white noise to be able to sleep. We will definitely be back. We have found our favorite condo in Grand Lake! Thank you for a great stay.

The view is fantastic! Even better than the pictures. The home was clean and comfortable. Décor was super cute. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
