Cozy retro bungalow & work space
Bungalow traditionnel de style français situé dans la vieille ville de Louisville. La décoration est de bon goût et confortable. Schéma de peinture moderne, énorme cuisine entièrement équipée et deux salons; une pour la détente tranquille avec des planchers de bois franc en sapin douglas restauré d'origine de 1911 et une salle familiale avec TV Roku et sectionnel en cuir. 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville historique de Louisville offrant des boutiques, des restaurants et des musées animés. Excellent accès à Boulder ou Denver. Sensation de quartier calme et paisible! Il s'agit d'un quartier classique de la vieille ville du Colorado. Belles maisons restaurées, nouvelles constructions et bungalows classiques comme celui-ci. Main Street Louisville est à seulement 4 pâtés de maisons où vous pouvez trouver des restaurants nouveaux et modernes, des boutiques, des musées, le Louisville Center for the Arts proposant de la musique live et l'un de mes cafés préférés appelé Bittersweet. We had a great stay in Louisville - lots of places within walking distance and great, quiet neighborhood. This home had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

The property was perfect for us, just the right size. It was clean and well maintained. Backyard was pretty, we would have used it more if it weren't so hot. AC was a little spotty but it was also 100 degrees while we were there. Lenny was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Awesome location for city and mountain activities. Great deck and living spaces. Two couples were comfortable in charming old town home with all the necessary conveniences. We'll be back!

This home was tenderly cared for and immaculate, but also cozy and inviting. Most importantly, I had made a special request before I checked in, and Lenny met my request with his response that was beyond anything I could have imagined. Having owned a VRBO myself several years ago, I know just what makes one home above all the rest. And that’s the warmth and comfort that a caring owner/manager brings to your stay. We wanted to stay in Boulder but "settled" for this place. Turns out we much preferred this house and location to staying in Boulder.
The house itself was very nice and very well stocked. There are two rooms, one bathroom and a washer/dryer. There was a deck in the back yard that was very nice. The photos don't really do the place justice. We were very pleasantly surprised.
The neighborhood was wonderful. There are walking trails everywhere! We loved that you could walk to several places for dinner, drinks or treats.
We would definitely want to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was small, not fancy, but just right for my wife and I. It met all our needs. It was on a quiet street in a beautiful old, historic neighborhood. The Fall colors were in full bloom. Lennie responded quickly to a small issue we had and was courteous and helpful. We would rent it again without hesitation.

I'm a bit biased. I lived in downtown Louisville for 2 decades. I love this little town. Visit if you can and if looking for a cozy place near the downtown restaurants stay here!

Well-appointed comfortable cottage. Although it is small, my wife, adult daughter, and I fit into it easily. Having two comfortable sitting areas besides the bedrooms and kitchen was a plus, as was off-street parking.
The owner was very responsive regarding any questions.
Especially for the price, this is a great place to stay. It’s easily walking distance from Louisville’s restaurants. Also, for runners, it’s about a mile run through quiet neighborhood streets to reach the Coal Creek trail.

Loved the location, the house, everything. Well appointed with supplies, all other VRBOs I’ve stayed in, I had to buy soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.. not here. Comfortable beds and pillows, tv works great.

Great stay!
We were in town for a family Christmas at my daughter’s home just around the corner from the rental. We used the rental to house some family that couldn’t fit in the host house and it was perfect. Getting into the property was a breeze, it was clean and well maintained, and the lock system made coming and going super easy.
We would definitely rent this property again!

We love Louisville and wanted to enjoy the pedestrian atmosphere; unfortunately there was about ten inches of snow that slowed us down! This rental would be great during warmer weather because the location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay on Lincoln St. in Louisville. Comfortable and cozy during the snow storm. Thanks for a great place to stay that was close to family and Boulder and mountain drives. Will gladly stay there when we go out again.

Great little older home
Great little home located in Louisville which gave us good access to the RMNP, Boulder, Estes Park & Denver. Cute neighborhood and great restaurant options down the street just a couple of blocks walk.
