Very easy and very livable and comfy home!

Perfect house for a lovely stay over the holidays. The house is well appointed but anything we needed the property manager took care of immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here..house is furnished with everything one could want, and the real estate manager was SO helpful!…..!and quick to communicate!Palm Beach Shores is still just the BEST place to vacation…small town feel, but close to big city attractions !

We stayed at 337 inlet way last week for my brothers wedding. The house was clean, organized, had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the backyard offered lots of privacy. Great location, took morning walks down by the inlet and to the beach. Rode bikes around the neighbourhood. Very safe area! Pictures were just as it looks in person. Very easy communication for everything. Would stay here again!

My family and I spent a week at this property. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Sharing the great things below: * The pictures online were an accurate representation of the property. * Checkin was super easy. * Great communication throughout our stay and the property manager was super helpful and accommodating. * The home was well stocked and appointed. Everything you need is there. * It was a well furnished home. We’ve rented many times and some homes feel sparsely furnished and the details are lacking. Trash cans in the bathrooms is a minor detail, but super convenient. This home is full of the small details. * The location is FANTASTIC! Beautiful morning walks, close to everything, corner lot, lovely neighborhood, the beach is nearby every where you turn. * We traveled with 3 teenagers and they didn’t mention being bored a single time. That’s success! * We had plenty of space in the home. * The pool was a great size. Definitely not too small. * The rooftop patio is a great feature. Awesome view of the water and sunset. Nothing bad to share. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! Chuck, the property manager, was easily available, helpful and very friendly. The home was equipped with everything we needed for days at the beach and the pool was great, although it was a bit small for our kids to truly play in. We all enjoyed the views from the roof top balcony, especially for viewing the 4th of July fireworks. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed immensely staying at this beautiful home. Plenty of space for our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren as well as my husband and I. House was well stocked with nice quality bath and pool towels, beach chairs and beach toys for the children. Chuck, the property manager was very responsive to an issue we had, went above and beyond to make things right. We have been visiting Singer Island for 20+ years, first time renting a house, which turned out to be a very pleasurable experience. We look forward to returning sometime next year. Chuck the property manager was great And he made sure he was available if we needed him. The house came with two bicycles that we used daily. Great house if you’re entertaining multiple people. Cannot wait to go back.

The property was exactly as pictured. Chuck was a huge help checking in. The the house is located in a quiet corner of the island. Easy beach access as noted. We will be back.

The house is gorgeous, huge clean. The manager is an amazing pleasant person who immediately responds to the problem and solves it. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for great vacation, we are very happy!

I have admired this beautiful home in previous trips to PBS & was delighted to find it was available for this trip. This house is conveniently located. It is nicely decorated, spacious & well appointed with plenty of cookware, glassware & appliances. The pool & sound system were delightful too. Chuck was very attentive but we really didn’t need a thing. I highly recommend this property.

My family had a great time during our week on Singer Island. The property is perfectly situated near Sailfish Marina for easy dinners/happy hour. It’s a short drive to the beach access and other great restaurants nearby (Johnny Longboats, Guakamole, Two Drunken Goats). The home was immaculately clean on arrival and Chuck made check-in/key access super easy. Chuck was also extremely responsive to any needs we had throughout the week. He even lent us his own personal beach umbrellas! The home was very spacious, with 4 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We were able to spread out comfortably, including a separate room for our baby. The pictures were representative of the home and its layout. We could not have been more satisfied with everything, and will definitely be back over as soon as we can make it. Palm Beach Shores/Singer Island is a “hidden gem” of a little beach community, and perfect for a relaxing, low key family getaway. We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy Dennis’ home and would recommend the property to anyone.

Great house for adults, good indoor spaces. Good convenience for diving the BH bridge, which we travel to do 3-4 times per year. HOWEVER, ** the house was poorly cleaned. We found trash and mega layers of dust under the beds. In fact, we found a plastic Easter egg with $5 inside under one bed (we kept the dough but put the egg back, so if it’s still there ... didn’t touch the other trash). Palmetto bugs, aka roaches, showed up, dead and alive, in the downstairs rooms during our stay. ** there was no shampoo, soap, or body wash in any of the bathrooms or outdoor shower. Ps, we left a bottle of shampoo in the upstairs shower- because we can’t travel with it! **There were some spices and vinegar, but NO salt, sugar, oil, condiments. NOT even any starter coffee for one day! Only 2 dishwasher pods, no sponges. ** And let’s not forget the weird, square, coffee cups that dripped and sloshed every where. We ruined many shirts. ***In the past 2 years, we have stayed in 6 different homes on singer island for a week at a time to dive the bridge. ALL had the basic necessities of soap, shampoo, dishwasher stuff. ALL had at least 1 morning of coffee, sugar, salt, oil, condiments, etc. Most had other refrigerated condiments like mustard. And they all had a welcome bottle of wine and some snacks. This house will definitely be a second pick.

We spent a lovely month in this home. The property manager, Chuck, was amazing. He provided us with a lot of local information, helped fix a garage door issue, and was available for any questions we had. Thank you Chuck!

Look no further! This home is your home away from home. Great location, private beach, walkable neighborhood. We had a wonderful time during our one month stay. The home is well equipped with everything you might need from kitchen utensils to beach toys/chairs and more. The neighborhood is nice and very quite. The beach is only a short 4 min drive or 20 min walk. You can also walk to the inlet in less than 5 min to watch ships and boats go by. Chuck, the property manager will go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. He answered all of our questions, responded and delivered all of our requests and suggested lots of interesting places to brong/entertain our toddler. We highly recommend this property and we'll make sure to come back during our next visit to Florida.
