the hotel is situated in the countryside just outside Potes. it is dated but clean and Alberto is a treasure. good sized rooms and nothing is too much trouble.

Location is superb, in a quiet village, off the main road, yet within minutes of the market town of Potes. Access to a number of the Picos d'Europa sites is easy via a good road network. Breakfast is continental style and the owner was more than happy to add a cheese plate for a vegetarian, in place of the meat platter. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and despite the language barrier (no English is spoken here), we managed to communicate with the staff with my poor Spanish, a large amount of hand gestures, and the occasional referral to Google Translate.

Very little, it was almost all good! Unfortunately, as in many hotels, the tea/coffee facilities in the rooms are no longer provided - probably due to the Covid pandemic. Luckily, we brought our own travel kettle and makings.

Quiet tranquil location with views of the mountains from the garden. Stylish building with traditional decor.

No air conditioning. Difficult to find but worth it.

The walls must be very thin! Next door room, we could hear their television, conversations, phone calls (even the person at the other end of the phone!).

Bed was not theeeeeee most comfy but not super bad either. Heater wouldnt work. Little more lighting needed in the room. A fridge would have been good too in room. Extra pillows needed could have been spare in wardrobe.

Amazing staff. Alberto and rosa were an absolute delight. Lovely people. Great location and parking. Lovely house with stunning views. V clean. Would recommend.

Beautiful Hotel with mountain view,very comfortable and feels like home.We had sufficient place for Parking,awesome terrace with an amazing view. Special thanks to the host,who provided us with all information before our arrival time. Very helpful and friendly! Very clean room,new bathroom. Will book again!

Alberto! A star host. So friendly, even helped us to a good lunch place. And yes he has a bar in town too, go visit! The garden, with lounge chairs and great views :)

Not all rooms have mountain views, if you are anything like us you might overlook that detail :) also, double check whether requested double bed is indeed one bed and not two twins next to one another.

The property is located about 2 minutes from Potes town and is surrounded by the mountains and nature. The calm and peacefulness that you can breathe there's is gold. The host, Albert, is the heart of this place. His attention and service are outstanding. From serving you a great breakfast to help prepare your daily visits to the natural park, he walks the extra mile for his customers.
