Very clean and comfy.

To location was great to get around by walk or Grab. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel as well.

I didn't like that the hotel did not provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

The property was clean and well maintained. But for the price we paid, it should have been a bit more spacious. Though the room was clean it was so congested for three adults and a child.

Nothing was there in the near premise. We hunted hard to locate a breakfast offering place nearby on the day of arrival. And we believed there is a fully functional restaurant. It was not told that we could only get cup o noodles at a higher price. We get this cup noodles in India for INR 15 and instead we were paying inr 450 for this rubbish stuff in Singapore. So pls inform the tourists beforehand that ur food provided is minimal and I am not sure if u can even call that a restaurant. U should clearly tell the tourists beforehand that breakfast is a minimalist one and there are no great options from the hotel. And no options nearby at a walking distance.

El edificio es moderno y está bien ubicado, a unos 300 metros del metro y en una avenida con buses. El barrio indio y arabe puedes hacerlos a pie desde ahí. El personal muy correcto y disponible

The breakfast was very good Miss Kim was very sweet and helpful , house keeping was prompt and always provided us with enough water to drink

The room was too small, however they gave us the option of keeping the luggage in another room, there is no in-room dining .

Ididnot understand their billing system could make it more easy and one payment only instead of deducting so many times Ihve been to other hotels also and it is quite easy one payment only

The service from the staff was really good. The rooms were comfortable

In my opinion the rooms need a bit more table space.

Everything is new and clean. The staff was great, especially Mrs.Kim at breakfast and ladies at the reception helped with the charher adapter and places to see in the evening after check in. I have never been in such a clean hotel of this level! Keep going guys👌🏼

Preis-Leistung, Lage in Little India

Perfect location for this hotel close to Little India. This is a good hotel if you have an overnight stop or 1-2 days of business to do in Singapore - I would not recommend this as a true business hotel. There is no space to work on the very small desk. There is no space to put your clothes so you’ll have to live out of yours suitcase for which there is hardly room either. If you are with 2 adults and both a big suitcase this will simply NOT fit in the room. I traveled solo and booked a twin room and used the 2nd bed to out my suitcase on - there was simply no other option.

Stairs up to the check in area from out side on both sides and no concierge to support with luggage. This applies to the front and back of the hotel.

Firstly, everyone I dealt with was beyond lovely. They were so helpful and made sure I was well accommodated as a solo traveller. Secondly, the location was amazing. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and an MRT stop just a short 10 minutes down the road. This made navigating around Singapore so much easier.

Just about everything

The toilet door, it’s hard to close if you open the door inwards. Intuitively, we would push vs pull.

Great location, clean and modern

The room is clean, the air conditioning is finely tuned, and I slept well every night. The staff is friendly and the breakfast menu is delicious and changed a little each day. If direct access to the subway station is not a requirement, I consider this hotel to be a good choice.

Location and staff behavior

No facility for dinner except a set menu of 5-6 items for dinner.

Location is good. Public transport is very efficient. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The nearest MRT station is about a 10minute walk. Breakfast is good. They refill quickly. Nice, clean and quiet room with comfy bed and linen. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Auntie Kim and Zheng Yong of the F&B and Vanessa and Jessica of the reception.

There is no room service.
