Closeness to the Marina Bay area and view - however view of other high rises nearby not the Bay area

Staff attentive but found to be over-attentive. Air conditioner fault in the room with leaking ceiling - relocated to another room however had to organise ourselves and delay in the relocation. On check-in, charged full price for the room, and took some time to receive recognition of our booking.com order. Cost of food in the restaurants was very expensive.

A hotel with classic and tasteful decoration, the lobby is like an art museum, and the breakfast is rich and delicious

Kind of bad smell was felt. Ask to the housekeeping and they brought air refreshener but not work well. smell again.

ロケーションは、ベイエリア全体が見渡せる場所に立地しており、MRTプロムナード駅にも近く、ミレニアウォークやマリーナスクエアにも隣接していて最高でした。また、朝8時ころホテルに荷物を預かってもらおうとした際、チェックインまでさせてもらえたのは、正直驚きました。感謝でいっぱいです。あと、クラブラウンジの方々の対応がすばらしく、朝昼晩いつ行っても気分良く利用できました。

些細なことですが、部屋の片隅に少し建物の古さを感じる部分があったこと、テレビの受信状態があまり良くなかったことくらいです。あと、直接ホテルとは関係ないことですが、まだ円安のころだったので宿泊代は割高感がありました。

The property is very clean and well looked after. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute we were there.

The food was delicious. The location was great. The staff were friendly. The facilities were sufficient.

There were strains of hairs all over the room and the toilet. It was expensive.

クラブラウンジのスタッフやサービスが大変良かった。プールも静かで快適でした。 プールサイドで転んで指に怪我をしましたが、クラブラウンジのスタッフの対応が良く、特にジャパニーズゲストリレーションの越沢ななえさんがホテル近くのクリニックまで同行してくれました。

部屋のトイレがウォシュレットでない。

The sink was a bit blocked

Very spacious rooms, all the facilities in excellent condition. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. Staff very attentive especially in the club lounge.

Unfortunately there is a huge building site in front of the hotel which makes the pool area very noisy. But of course this it not the hotels fault

Die Ausstattung ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen und dementsprechend nicht sauber.

The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Had a superb view overlooking Marina Bay. The Club Lounge access was a delight - the staff were friendly and helpful, the views amazing and the food and drinks top shelf!

The location was great. Easy to walk around Singapore and close to the MRT for going further. Lovely staff - we felt welcomed on arrival and everyone smiled.

とても洗練された建物のデザインが美しく、重厚な作りと、アート作品が沢山鑑賞出来たこと。

老舗なだけあり少し設備が古い部分があったと感じました。

Attention to details and comfort of guests

Stunning view from the 20th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of items. The staff were very respectful and kind.

The TV didn't work and kept resetting itself for two days. I suppose they fixed it on the 3rd day when we were out because it worked on the 3rd day. Still, no proper TV for two days constitutes a deficiency in service i.e. a deficiency in what they advertise and what I'd paid for. Also, there was no way to lock the twin doors leading to the bathroom which was annoying. No jet spray/health faucet was also an irritation but it seems to be the case all over Singapore. Water bottles provided were very difficult to open. My wife simply couldn't open them. After opening a bunch of them, my left hand was bruised. A minor issue but I thought it still worth mentioning.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au Ritz Carlton et nous avons payé le surclassement vue Marina Bay et ca vaut largement le coup ! une vue incroyable avec cette grande baie vitrée. La chambre avait tout le confort qu on peut avoir dans un 5 etoiles. Tres accueillant avec enfants a offrir un petit sac avec coloriage a l 'arrivée. Piscine grande et chaude. Petit dejeuner a la hauteur de l hotel. Parfaitement situé. N'hésitez pas une seconde plus !

The ameninties as the pool were not very cool, you have to compete with Marina Bay and I think in this part it fails.
