I liked everything we enjoyed the pool the the breakfast in the restaurant upstairs the excellent waiter that served us all the time constantly there if we needed anything the cashier in the restaurant really nice ,,, the employees really nice and helpful everything was good

Everything was fine

Breakfast was great and the staff there especially Martin exceeded my expectations. Martin and the other staff were very helpful.

The hotel is located on a busy highway and there is nothing walking distance close by to it. The location has an argentian restaurant on the premises but nothing else. The terraze which only serves breakfast closes at 1pm. Also for a woman place where my room was located was dark and easy access for anyone outside to walk in no security.

Since I've been staying 3 consecutive times in 2 years. Great location and the Installations top of the line.I Want it to mention and Recognize Staff Attention and Service of Terraza crew. Specially Martin Waiter. Great Person and Very Very passionate it with his job. Make me feel special. 👍

What I didn't like this time. I felt over charged in my first visit to the Massys Restaurant . I'd Invited 2 people for lunch and I got charged $6000.00 pesos and been asked for tip $600.00 pesos I was told that 10% gratuity applied it. Wich was a lot. For what we consumed. Causing never come back to the restaurant due to that action. I just to take up to 9 people (Child hood friends) to have dinner and have a few drinks having a good time in my prior staying times. But Not anymore 😔.. I have to take them to Another Place..

I didn’t like the lady that works in the morning in the receptionist she was rude the first day I was there to book my room,, we went as an emergency to Guadalajara,, and she gave us a hard time, I didn’t get her name but she’s always there morning shift,, with employees like that you’re are going to loose customers

The staff was very focused on customer service, and did a great job! It is a really pretty property and the larger rooms are spacious and comfortable. The grounds are charming and the location is excellent -- surpassed our expectations! We will return definitely, and bring the kids along next time because the pool is great!

We only stayed one night but there was no way to turn on the air conditioner in the room. If we had stayed longer, we would have asked and I am sure they would have helped us. Also, the restaurants (there are two on premise) were both surprisingly good but slightly expensive and also a few small food issues -- nothing major, just next time, we will be more ready to send something back if it doesn't meet our full expectations for the price.

Front desk was excellent and massi restaurant was really good too

Its too loud and staff starts working to early making noise at 6 am
