beds were uncomfortable and then the next morning we realized there was bed bugs biting us!!!

The breakfast was fresh and the area was very clean , the amount of food was more than adequate, just enough for a start to the day

I find that your company have developed a great mix of service , and product quality to satisfy todays travellers either for business or pleasure . I was more than satisfied with everything . You offer very good quality for the price you charge

Overall, it was fine The guys from the shutter were very helpful. Nice At least they have a restaurant inside The elevator has a security, but we were not told how to use it.

Breakfast was not provided due to early departure. They should say what time it start for us to decide if we stay. Before we reserve the room I ask for a simple sack a fruit n coffee at least. The lady say no. Ps. At least they have a restaurant ,but no coffee. No refill, warm drink they had to give us done ice.

there were electrical outlets in the room that didn’t work. the last day of my stay nobody cleaned my room.

The rooms were ample size.

The room smelled stale. The towels and bedding looked stained and dirty. No staff to help with luggage.
