Amazing view, nice & friendly host, everyday cleaning and fresh towels, cozy terrace, comfortable bed and bathroom, great location near many stores and restaurants

It was in a good location, 20 minute walk from Budva Old Town. Lots of places to eat and a decent sized supermarket right over the road. Air conditioning kept the room a perfect temperature. It was really hot outside but the room remained around 18/19 degrees. Maid cleans the room every day and even tidied up some of our clothes we had left lying around and folded them!

The bed is THE most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It felt like a sofa bed that he’d been used too many times, could feel the springs and woke up with sore backs. There is no lift so we had to carry our luggage (which was quite heavy) up 3 flights of stairs. TV had 3/4 channels. 2 of them were the same, and we struggled to find anything to watch we could understand. So when it rained we just sat in the room in silence.

Everything was exactly as expected. Nothing to complain about.

the place is so good. staff is so friendly. Seka, owner of place, is so helpful and friendly. explained everything and helped. terrace room well equiped, and has private bathroom. there are hairdryer, kettle, glasses in the room. room has awesome view to the sea, city and mountains. there is big market next to hotel. also lady is cleaning rooms and changing towels everyday. bed, sheet, bathroom is clean. terrace is good for sunbathing. there is small fridge in the room. they asked before we arrive, if we need any parking space. all in all, good place with good communication.
