The hotel was new so it was updated and clean

The room was small and the bathroom was very small

Quiet, comfortable bed, clean room, plenty of pillows, towels. Right next to I8 freeway, but east of metro Yuma. Breakfast was okay, waffle maker, sausage, bacon, muffins, etc.

Ice machine on 1st floor was on the opposite side/wing from my room. Was faster to go a floor up for ice. There is a small snack/sundry nook, not many selections though.

Bed/sheets weren't that great. Breakfast options were blan.

We unfortunately didn’t get to partake in the breakfast because we got in very late and slept in.

We had absolutely no complaints.

Spacious room, full fridge/freezer, clean.

Dirty sheets for pullout sofa bed, but promptly replaced upon request.

the room was ok at best. it smelt like cigarettes and there’s no windows to air it out. the bathroom had no hand soap, there wasn’t any cups and the water got shut off the last day I was there so I had no running water.

I was thrilled to see they had an electric car charger in the front parking area. Thrilled until I went inside to ask about it. I was told there was a $25 charge to turn it on! A fully electric car costs around $12.50 to charge. My plug in hybrid which runs on either gas or electric battery takes a maximum of $3.00 to fully charge. A $25 charge is outrageous.

Misfortune that hot water did not work in the whole hotel one day . The staff worked diligently to resolve the situation.

Good variety on the breakfast menu but the fancy coffee machine was kind of weak. If you are going to have a machine that brews lattes, cappuccino etc at least have it dialed in so that it gives a good shot.

The coffee machine makes one cup at a time. People were in line to get a cup of coffee. Stupid. Premade coffee should be offered in large urns readily available.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the free breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, breads, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, fruit) was pretty good. They had an onsite laundry that was $2 (coins) per use and there is a room by the front desk with quick grab food items (microwave food, drinks, snacks, basic supplies, etc.). There is a drink station (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) by the front desk that is available 24/7. If you were staying for an extended stay the room had a good size fridge. We didn't use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but it's always a bonus when that option exists. The staff were very friendly and it is a pet friendly hotel.

It's priced is high, but that seems to be the case for all hotels these days.

Good bed

Look out! This hotel refuses to give a valid invoice that i need to get a reimbursement from my company. They say this invoice should come from booking.com but that is nonsense. I never had this problem with any other hotel i booked via booking.com. I contacted the hotel 3 times, but did not get what i need. I put Best Western on my black list.
