Host texted correct address before we left to avoid confusion per listing address, which I appreciated. Undisclosed camera on property. Carpets have a lot of stains (brown stains), but overall very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Overall 4 stars because of how clean the property was and the host was very nice to work with. We appreciate kind hosts! Thank you.

We stayed the night to spend some time with my brother and his family. He lives in San Diego, and we were visiting our daughter in Phoenix. It was a great place to meet halfway and we had a great time.

The house was perfect size for my family of 3. Very spacious. Included all the basic amenities. The listing address is incorrect and is actually on ##th Place (not Lane). So it is in the housing behind Walmart, but still a really great location. Definitely would stay again.

Overall we were very happy with the place but it would be great to have a toaster and a potatoe peeler. Seems a little bit short of kitchen items needed to cook and prepare food. A few chairs and a table in the backyard along with a small inexpensive bbq would make the place perfect.

After the confusion on directions. Vrbo GPS directions give you the wrong address. Written address in the listing says “Lane”, it’s not, it’s “Place”. Thank God for the wonderful host Christen, he called right back and after a couple calls back and forth. We found the condo. Took several attempts with the code to get in. But once in, the condo is quite lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet home and neighborhood. It’s in an area of new builds, so there isn’t a lot of auto traffic. Walmart and other shops are a short distance away. We walked to them, it’s a little over a mile. Easy access to the freeway.

This property was excellent! Cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in, and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. We have no complaints; but in truth the spa tub was just a deep garden tub that we were unable to fill before the hot water ran out. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it may be for someone who is basing their decision on it.

We came for a holiday, the neighborhood was very peaceful, the space was perfect for our needs, and convenient to everything we needed. We will hope this space is available for future visits.

This was our 2nd time stay here because the 1st time we fell in love with the location & the property. Beds are SUPER cozy, always clean and fresh. Has all the necessities needed if you were to cook and even do laundry (which we did the 1st time). Nice quiet neighborhood and the coffee bar is great! We will definitely be back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a little problem with the address, but finally found it. Didn't have a contact number so wasn't sure we had the right place. Everything was as expected from the photos. Would stay again.

Great size for a family of four. Kitchen and rooms were ample. Laundry was fabulous for us driving from Canada. Could use some more dishes and cutlery for larger families. A bit confusing to find due to street names and newness of the neighborhood with google. Relatively easy off and on highway once you know your way. Quiet for sleeping. Made dropping off son at college a breeze. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Fantastic! Christian was the very best landlord. He was very prompt in his replies to my phone calls and txts. He solved all my problems and answered all questions. Beds are very comfortable,everything works, neighborhood quiet, felt like the only ones there! Hats off to my new best friend Stan Property Manager. Walmart was close mountains and Jeep trails also.
So convenient for our dog which we so appreciate. Wherever Christian has a unit to rent we will go !!!

This is a lovely townhouse in Yuma. The neighborhood is new and young and very quiet. Anyone looking for a quiet home base to use while exploring the Yuma area. This is ideal. Christian is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

This home was beautiful, clean and felt like home. We loved the neighborhood, quite, safe little community. The layout of the hone was prefect, even were able to park our vehicle in the garage which was very nice. We all fell in live with the large tub in the master bath. We already talked about another stay, there is so much to Yuma to explore and we would love to spend another weekend doing so since this was a quick trip for our youth football game. The owner was great, easy to contact and communicate with when needed. Oh and the king size master bed was very comfortable!!
Highly recommend checking this home out!!! Thank you and hope to come back soon.
