Price was good for this time of year.

This is our 3rd time staying there and our 1st review. Check in was rushed and unorganized. we were given a pet room but did not have a pet with us. The floors and showers in the bathroom are super slippery. There is a bath mat provided, but that only covers a small section of the shower. This was first and last time having breakfast there. Breakfast was the usual food but instead of being self serve, there was an order window where the food given out. There was a long line, and only one person serving food. She was very nice but should have had more help. This was a terrible way to modify the usual self serve complimentary breakfast. Took forever and if you needed something extra, you had to get back in line. We were there when a large group from Frnace was there. This set up was especially insensitive to them because they were having to struggle with an English menu sheet and trying to communicate what they wanted instead of just self serve what they saw.

Liked the location and small feel. Never heard any noise. Blackout curtains work great. Clean room and plenty of room. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful location, nice cafes/breakfast places/bakery in walking distance. Clean and quiet room, quiet-ish A/C, large enough mini refrigirator, and even a microwave. The coffee/tea station at the reception were actually useful (unlike many other places). (Note: we did not check the breakfast so cannot comment on that). Wifi was good enough for streaming video.

Beds were not very comfortable. Compared with the rest of the room & facilities, they definitely need to improve the beds. Especially for those room prices.

It was easy to park there. The rooms were large and clean.

The breakfast was really bad and there were no healthy options. Also its not very eco to only have single-use plates, cups, etc.

The location is great. The Agrarian is walkable to restaurants and shops. It is also a short drive to the beach. They also allow dogs to stay and they do not have carpet in the room. While we love our dog, we are also allergic to other breeds. So the non-carpet is great as they can easily clean up any dander or fur from the room. The bed is very comfortable as well. Our backs are pretty picky about mattresses and they have the 'Goldilocks' for us...not too hard, not too soft.

The room was very clean, and the staff was welcoming. The hotel was a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants.

Everything was and always is amazing at The Agrarian! The rooms we have gotten are always spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. My partner and I always find ourselves coming back due to that, the wonderful employees, and the yummy breakfast! We have stayed there about 6 times now, and two of those times we have extended our stay. Easily was and will always be our favorite hotel to stay at.

The doors. People would just let the doors slam when they could have easily held on to the door until they shut. Very loud when they slammed shut. People would go in and out in and out.

Breakfast was great! Location was beautiful. Enjoyed walking around where the shops are. Coffee shop just walking distance (if you want fancy coffee, otherwise there’s plenty of coffee in the hotel). Rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean! The dogs enjoyed the balcony so they could keep watch 😆!

Very difficult to find a place for our dogs to “go.” There was more area across the street by the creek but when you’re just waking up and still in your pajamas, it’s nice to have the convenience to be able to take them on the property. I could tell other dog owners were having difficulty finding spots. Dogs don’t prefer mulch and usually go on grass. Surprising for a spot that is dog-friendly. We made it work, but that was the one takeaway… otherwise no complaints.

Excellent location right in the center, big room, great facilities and nice breakfast. Really enjoyed it.

Loved It! Big room, comfy bed and very clean!

Great location near restaurants and shops without major traffic noise. Great design with tall ceilings and large rooms. Happy hour was a nice addition in very nice lobby. Breakfast was an order up bar with standard menu. Room has a nice balcony. This was our favorite accomodations from our five day getaway. Lights were on dimmer and there were good side reading lights. I also like comfortable chairs so you don't have to sit in bed.

The only design flaw was the rain shower and valve location. Rain cap was available.
