Nouvelle propriété de location dans la région de Garden City! Superbes vues sur le lac. Trois étages avec 10 chambres et 6 salles de bains plus les enfants adoreront avoir leur propre grande chambre. En outre, une aire de jeu cachée pour les enfants au-dessus de leur chambre à coucher! Basketball de petite taille, pickleball de taille non réglementaire et volley-ball de longueur plus courte, le tout à l’intérieur du garage / zone de loisirs. Les enfants vont adorer la glissière tubulaire qui va de l'étage supérieur au niveau principal. Il y a une salle de théâtre, une table de billard et une salle de jeux séparée. Grande cuisine avec beaucoup de sièges pour votre grand groupe. Foyer au propane et terrasse couverte de 51 pieds où vous pourrez admirer la vue sur le lac aux Ours. Tant de choses amusantes à faire dans la maison !! Beaucoup de places de stationnement dans la rue, faciles d'accès en tout temps de l'année. Près de la piste cyclable / à pied, à 1,5 km du centre-ville. La maison peut accueillir 42 personnes. Cette cabine est disponible à la location pour l'été 2019 !!!!

The house is a blast. The magnetic marble wall was a hit with all ages, and so was the indoor slide! We had a lot of fun in the sports court doing a family dance party and minute to win it games when it was too hot outside! The kitchen is super stocked, it had everything we could have needed and more! The dining layout works great with so many tables to eat at and still be together! The AC was powerful (that's important to Grandpa!) DeWayne and Hasee were great hosts. Responsive, helpful, and easy-going. We've done many family reunions at Bear Lake, Island Park and St George and this house has been our hands down, all time favorite!

The host was so easy to work with and everything in the home was just perfect. Loved the large eating area with plenty of room for everyone to sit down for a meal. The kitchen is large and well organized with everything you need to prepare a nice meal.
The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Everyone said they slept really well. There was plenty of places for the older teen aged grandsons to find a place to sleep and all the girls loved the bunk room to hang out and talk for hours together.
The boys and young men played basketball for hours in the garage and the little kids loved the game room with the drinking fountain.
We spent time together just sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful view of the lake and enjoying each others company. The hot tub was a hit especially after spending a few hours at the beach.
We had 33 people and everyone loved it. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water in the six bathrooms.
We will definitely be back.

We have been booking rental homes for our summer family reunions for 20 years and this one met every need and even exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for us! We had 40 people from babies to grandparents and all the siblings and cousins in between. Every couple had a comfortable bedroom and the bunk room was so fun for all the girl cousins. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook meals for such a large group and all the dining tables and chairs made meals together easy. The kids were thrilled with the slide and toys and playing the garage/basketball court. We loved the location and how close we were to the lake and walking to town each evening for shakes. I’m the planner of these sibling reunions and I honestly could not be happier with our stay at this home. It fit us perfectly. They have thought of EVERYTHING for gathering family and friends and I was so grateful!

We had our family reunion (40 people) here and enjoyed every minute! The garage is a gym that we were able to play every game imaginable in, enough seating for all meals and games, and the yard was shaded and nice for yard games. If we forgot something, the property was stocked with it. 3 fridges and 2 freezers and a walk-in pantry - ample space for food! The only thing that we had to work around was that the "sofa beds" in the bedrooms were just chairs and that made us have to do some rearranging sleeping for some, but there were couches and couch beds in open areas that worked. Definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our gathering to celebrate our parents 50th Anniversary. The variety of activities fit our wide range of ages. The kids and adults alike loved the hot tub and game room. The play room and pirate room were a hit with the littles. The porch swings were well used as well as the marble wall and gym activities. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pantry, fridge and freezer space. The hosts were easy to contact with questions and more than accommodating. Thanks for a fabulous family get-a-way! 😊

We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents' 60th wedding anniversary at this perfect home in Garden City. Lots of space, fun garage/gym, so many amenities, including cooking equipment. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. All ages from 82 down to 2 months were completely happy.

House was split perfectly with a large gathering area on the main, kids play area on the upper and adult play area on the lower. Plenty of room to sit and eat without needing to eat on couches or in the kitchen.
They had a fridge go out right before our arrival and provided an extra fridge in the garage area before our arrival so we had no issues with food storage.
We will definitely be booking again.

We had a large group of 20 adults and 20 children, including many babies. The home was comfortable for all ages and had everything we needed. The children were never bored and the adults had fun playing volleyball in the indoor gym and appreciated the parking lot style driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was exactly as advertised. We were able to meet the owner who was very helpful with questions that we had and showed genuine interest in helping us have a great trip.

We enjoyed all of the nice amenities and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area are especially ample and roomy. The location is great: close to the lake and to Garden City. We'll plan to come again in the future.

Beautiful place! My 2 sisters & I, 7 adult children & 10 grandkids loved staying here. The young ones really loved the bunk bed room & play areas! It had everything we needed. And if you choose to stay here, enjoy putting together the Bear Lake puzzle I gifted the house!

We had 14 children and 14 adults and it was great! Lots of separate rooms for adults to have their space and lots of activities for the kids. We appreciated how many seats there were and how easy it was to find a different place to sleep (ex: tons of sleeping mats or pull out couches).

Great place to stay for extended families. The kids loved the game room, TV room, play area and bunk beds! Highly recommended for kids ages 4-10. We had more than enough room for adults and kids to have their space and also come together. Will stay here again.

We held our annual family reunion here and had 28 in attendance. The facilities are outstanding. More toys, games, sports equipment, etc. than we could use.The baskeball court in the attached indoor building was the center of their activities. This is the second time we have rented this property. The whole family loves and enjoys the stay. They are sad when it all comes to the end. There is so much for them to do.

We had a large group with kids from 1 yr old to 15yr old. There were rooms for all the adults and a couple extra for teens but the bunk room houses all the rest of the kids. The hot tub, movie room, pool table and football tables, and play room kept the kids busy most days. The area is beautiful and we rented snow mobiles and tubes to sled for a day which was amazing. They had all the basic amenities we would need for the kitchen and so many extra appliances like griddles and crockpots. It was perfect for cooking for a large crowd. We would happily rent here again

This house was soooo family friendly. We had our whole extended family 14 adults and 18 grandkids. Our grown kids loved it. They said their kids could have fun even by themselves for hours. The slide was the hit of the house for the younger kids. They spent hours and hours going down the slide and sending other objects down! The play area was also great for the adults and older kids. Volleyball was a blast. The court was a little short to really have any good pickleball games though. The kitchen was well apportioned with most everything you could ask for. The owner even brought by a couple of cases of water for us. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

Just as a heads up, the extra beds in the rooms are probably made for smaller people. But seriously an amazing place for large groups!!!

If you have a large family and enjoy Bear Lake this property will not disappoint you. DeWayne is wonderful to work with and has been very thoughtful about the property. We filled the property (a family reunion) and never felt crowded. I can highly recommend this property!

This property is beautiful, with great views and plenty of parking. Our group was very comfortable and it was so nice to have amenities for the baby. Our girls loved the pirate room and almost everyone tried the slide. We loved the hot tub and the ample seating and table space. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were close to the lake and anything we wanted in town. Very well thought out, we'd love to stay here again

Expectations met and exceeded
We loved staying here. We could tell they took good care of their home. Everything we expected and more. It was also nice having host live in town so when we had questions or needed anything they were there. Also so convenient that the house is stocked with so many kitchen tools, games, bedding, etc. All our needs were met for our energetic group of 45 people. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Perfect Fit!
We spent our family reunion in Garden City and this house was wonderful! Beautifully kept, space for everyone, and entertainment for every age! The kids loved the slide and fun things to do in the garage. All parents were able to enjoy themselves knowing their kids were able to easily entertain themselves.

Nice place to stay, enjoyed the location and house. I did however receive this message before showing up: "We are concerned that your stay is for a large party". I found this rather accusatory, inappropriate, and to be completely honest a bit rude considering it was unjustified and without reason. Also found it funny for a place that literally lists "party & events ok".
Other than that, and the door combo to get in being wrong when people arrived, everything was good.

This home is equipped with almost anything you would want or need for the kitchen, games, parking and relaxing. It is a big, beautiful, well-kept clean home for a large family group. We couldn't have had better service from the property managers! It was well worth the money spent!
