Nice condo, perfect setting.

Everything was great. The location condo and beach are excellent Some of the towels could be replaced. All in all I’d love to do it again

Four of us traveled together for the Daufuskie Island Marathon. The condo was perfect with beds for everyone and a fully equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Also well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, which we’ve had to purchase on other trips. The location was great, easy to get around the island.

It was our second time staying in this property and we will stay there a third time if we visit HH again.

We had booked a different condo and they “upgraded” us to a different condo two weeks before our trip. I’m not sure if was an upgrade. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great close to everything however The two bathroom need updating . The condo was not very clean. The floors needed moped and the carpet needed swept. We went to store bought cleaning supplies and cleaned and swept. Cleaned down the counters tops and cleaned the bathrooms. I was not excited about that. Ocean one is a nice complex with the pool and grill. I think for the price I’d look for a better condo.

We love staying at Ocean One. Very convenient to Coligny Plaza. Condo 324 was all that was showed on the site when we booked it.

This property was exactly as advertised. Fantastic location and just a short walk to the beach and other amenities. I highly commend the owner and management company for the effort they made to make sure the property was in excellent condition before we arrived. I will rent this property again if I am in Hilton Head.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and enjoyed the location of this property on the island. This property is in perfect location to be able to park your car for the week and get to anything you might want to do within a short walking distance. The pool was plenty big with a large pool deck and was always in clean condition.. Loved how large the deep end was. The ocean was just a couple steps from the pool and had several stations to spray the sand from yourself and your chairs, toys, etc. The unit itself was very large and kitchen had all the equipment you would need to fix meals. It was nice having a dinning room table that was actually large enough for everyone to sit and eat together. It was also nice having enough room in the living room for everyone to sit. The TV service had plenty of channels and options with streaming services to keep the kids entertained. There was also a few games and cards in the unit to help on the rainy days. The beds were extremely comfortable. The started kit of supplies lasted almost the entire week. We only need to purchase an extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper. Having the Keurig in the unit was also a nice perk to get the morning coffee! Having the corner unit was very nice and quiet. We rarely heard anyone outside or from other units. The only negatives would include having a unit facing the parking lot rather than the ocean and the unit could use a deep clean (between the furniture, etc). We would love to come back to Hilton Head and would stay here again.

We loved being so close to the beach and the restaurants at Coligny Park. The teens loved the pool because it has a deep end and was spacious enough never to feel crowded. Just keep in mind that this unit faces the parking lot, so no ocean view, but that makes it more affordable for a 3 bedroom unit. Very quiet end unit. Clean and well stocked. We had a fantastic stay!

Very relaxing weekend. Nice property. End unit which was nice. We couldn’t hear neighbors or anyone outside of our condo. The kitchen and dining room were great for breakfasts and dinners. Overall a good stay.

We enjoyed our week at Ocean One . The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and never too busy. The gated entrance to the beach was a definite plus. We were able to walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. The amazing playground was a big hit with my granddaughters.

Great location close to shopping and restaurants, great beach, bike lanes to anywhere you want to go. Unit was clean and everything worked. We were always able to find a parking spot but sometimes it wasn’t close to our unit.

Condo was in a great location, it was clean. The carpet was really dirty and needs to be cleaned. Had a great time at pool. Made some nice friends. Hope to stay there again.

WOW! Everything in this unit was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with many items and plenty of dishes, containers and cooking utensils to make just about any meal. Each room was perfectly appointed with super comfy beds. The entire layout of the condo was perfect for our 8 guests. We all kept saying how perfect this place was and well appointed. Everything was super clean. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus since we could pack less and didn't have to go home with soggy beach towels or bathing suits. Security at the gate was super friendly and always had a smile. The location could not be beat. You are steps away from the beach and all the shopping, entertainment and dining that Coligny has to offer.

This was such a great condo in a perfect area. All you needed was in walking distance and the property has a large pool right on the beach. We will be returning!!

Was good got a long golf weekend with 2 friends. Large living area, 3 good size bedrooms - each with their own baths. New washer dryer.

This year there were just five of us that stayed in the condo at Ocean one. We were in unit 324. The furniture was the best we’ve ever had; the beds were wonderful, plenty of dishes. We have stayed in Sea Pines and Palmetto dunes in the past, but to our way of thinking nothing beats ocean one. The pool is pristine and the grounds are always immaculately maintained.
