Fabulous location within the walls of the Old Town. Within easy walking distance of everything to do in Rhodes Town, but also surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Very accommodating host with fridge stocked with food to last a week.

‏I will start from the end- ‏ Just a perfect villa! (Recommend reading all) ‏ Service - I will start with the courteous service we received from Yannis, the owner of the amazing villa who took care of every request, was available and made sure we did not lack anything, filled the refrigerator for us with all good, was in continuous contact with us and really gave us the highest level of service. ‏ Facility- Wow! Really wow! Amazing pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds, three huge bedrooms, quality TV screens, comfortable beds, quality pillows and bedding, endless towels for both the pool and the shower. Quality shampoo and conditioner soaps, two comfortable and spacious showers. ‏ Perfect kitchen! Huge, equipped with every good, the amazing Yannis filled our fridge with every good before we came, groceries drinking fruit, wine beers, water, eggs milk cheeses and more and more. The kitchen is fully equipped including all the basic ingredients for preparation. ‏ A pampering and fun gym with a large music screen. ‏ Spacious living room with huge TV including smart TV. ‏ And more .. Because of the desire that you read everything I will not elaborate anymore. ‏ .Clean - just perfect. ‏ Location - amazing! The villa is located in the heart of the old city, surrounded by the wall of the city itself - an amazing sight in itself. Two minutes walk from the boulevard of restaurants bars and clubs in the old town, on the one hand - everything is insanely close to you. On the other hand - you are in a quiet and intimate place. Walking distance from the main streets in the city (clothing stores - Zara Pool & Bar and more. Bars and clubs, and of course the sea is also within walking distance - about 10 minutes). ‏ Value for money - just perfect. Enjoyed insanely five magical nights, it's hard to think of a good value for the price then this villa, and it's hard to think of a better place to stay in Rhodes than the villa.

The villa is absolutely amazing and in a very central position (it is in the old town of Rhodes). The staff is very kind and disposable. The structure has alle the comfort that you might need. 10/10 very recommended.

I booked this villa for my daughter and her friends who managed somehow to graduate high school through this crazy 2020/21 and really deserved a break before starting “real life”. It wasn’t easy finding a place to fly to, but they were lucky enough to be able to travel to Rhodes and especially to find villa Fluvian. First of all I must speak of the hosts. They were super communicative from the get go. They realized it was a group of young girls traveling alone, and with great understanding kept me informed throughout their stay, and helped me feel calm and relaxed knowing that they are in good hands. They sorted the girls out with taxis to and from the villa, stocked up the fridge (and coffee machine) and just generally took amazing care of them. If a slight problem arose (like the girls couldn’t find the electricity box) they were there within minutes to help with anything and everything. These were the kindest, most generous and helpful hosts I have ever encountered. So I want to say again here, big, big thank you! You were incredible and really made the girls feel welcome and safe, and helped this Mum sleep better at night knowing they are taken care of! The villa - oh wow! We knew it was beautiful from the pictures, but the girls just couldn’t believe how stunning it really was! First off - Location is perfect, very central yet quiet. Even the entrance of the villa is beautiful (lots of Instagram pics were taken here). When the girls arrived they were stunned by how luxurious and beautiful the villa was. My daughter FaceTimed me and ran around excited showing me the place. The girls said that the pictures, even though show the beauty, don’t do justice to this unbelievable villa. So :) For hosts 10/10 For villa 10/10. I know it’s a super long review, but they deserve it :)

5/5 luxury! Everything was awesome. Nice to hang out in the pool and on the yard. Good location in the old town, restaurants and shops very close. The host was very generous, kind and helpful. Strongly recommend this place!!!

This house located in a very calm area of the historical old town and close to many attractions. It is tastefully decorated and has an amazing pool and courtyard when we can have a good time and relax. We are travelling a lot and we can tell that this house is with no doubt among our top favorites. Nothing is missing. The owners are very kind and attentive. A perfect place to stay in the wonderful old town of Rhodes.

A bit shocked to see tourists looking down on us from city wall. However it's only between 12 & 3 on weekdays. No problem at all
