We had an amazing trip and stay. The condo was perfect for the three of us. We loved the view and it was very clean and well stocked. We will definitely be back. The beach was beautiful and we had great weather too!!

I stayed here with my friends for my annual all-girls weeklong trip. The condo was just steps from the beach and was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. If you forgot a beach chair, laundry detergent, or a book to read, they were right there for you to borrow! I can't say enough about how well-stocked this condo was. It was a great stay all week! I'd definitely come back again.

Upon arriving, we had to contact the property manager because the sliding door to the patio was broken. We received a prompt response and someone came to fix it the next morning. The door was fixed but was extremely hard to open. The patio and views were wonderful. The condo is a great space and the kitchen had everything you would need. We did notice dried food on some of the silverware but IMO whoever put it away wasn’t paying attention. North Topsail is more remote than I expected. Great place for a quiet weekend away. Great pool for the kids.

This property was clean and in the perfect location for the beach/pool access. They had the room ready before the check in time and the layout allowed for privacy within the condo! The balcony was spacious and the furnishings were perfect! I would rent from here again! Thank you for a beautiful experience!

We enjoyed everything about this property. The location is great. The only complaint is the noise from the occupants in the condo above. It sounded like construction work was being done throughout the entire night on the last day of our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was the cleanest home I have ever been in and we rent several times a year. Check in was a breeze Everything that I needed was right there in the box by the door with the parking passes and the keys. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen And you can't possibly have a better location.Beautiful views of the ocean and falling asleep with the ocean waves crashing

Shipwatch Villas was very nice and in a great spot.
The condo had all the things we needed. There were
a few things when we arrived that we called on that needed
quick fixes. The immediate fix was a big kitchen light
fixture that had unattached from the ceiling on one side.
The response to fix all the problems was done quickly.

This was our third year in a row staying at this condo. It’s been a great little spot to rest up from all our daytime activities. The condo is always very clean and accommodations are comfortable. You have a nice little view of the ocean from your balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or star gaze at night. We love how easy the walk to the beach is and our kids enjoy the pool as well. Great place to stay in N. Topsail!!

The property is very clean. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking meals which I like to do since my husband has to watch his sodium. Other places I've stayed in we had to buy a simple can opener but not hear. They have thought of everything. The view of the ocean is awesome. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

The beds were way too tall for us short people. Would be nice to also have a shower chair for those of us who can't stand very long.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. We didn't do much besides sit by the pool and took many beach walks and it was amazing. The condo itself was well stocked and comfortable. We ate in most the week and found everything we needed. We even used the grills on location for burgers and steaks. The balcony was used every morning during coffee and we enjoyed spotting dolphins in the surf from there.

This is a well cared for and well appointed rental property. This was our second time staying in this condo. The beach and pool access are super convenient. The property itself is very nice and a great location. Very family friendly location over all. We will be back next year!

This is our second stay at this property and it was even better than last time. Very clean. Even the comforters on the bed smelled like they were freshly washed!! (Even hotels don’t wash or change comforters between guests). There have been some updates since our last visit. The updates look great. Best stocked kitchen I have EVER seen in a vacation rental. It was comfy and homey and just what we wanted. The owner pays attention to details, right down to 4 different types of pillows on the beds. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean and very well stocked with everything we could have ever wanted. The kitchen had the air fryer, crockpot, and griddle that made the week easier for cooking! We loved the beach and all the shark teeth! Very convenient to get to the beach, and nice beach chairs provided!
The north part of the island was a little more secluded than we’re used to so it took a bit of driving to get to restaurants and things like that! Overall stay was great!

Wanted a nice relaxing place to spend a week with friends. This was it! Clean, close to beach, quiet but still close enough to get groceries or hit a local restaurant if you didn’t want to stay in. Had an issue with the door lock and they were out right away and fixed it. Will plan to come back as soon as I can- thank you.

Condo was well stocked, very roomy, close to the stairs (which was nice when bringing up luggage), and had a great view. Condo above did seem very heavy footed but wasn’t a major issue. Same level as beach access which was a plus. Communication was great, and lucky enough to have great weather and beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely stay again

This condo was a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals for my Marine & his buddies. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee!! The bedrooms were decorated & had the most comfortable beds...slept good every night. The area is one of my favorite places to vacation...I can't wait to go back!!

If you are looking for the best clean, well stocked, condo ever.- book this condo! We have stayed several areas on East Coast, best ever. Everything you need especially in kitchen. The owner has thought of everything! Communication with property manager was outstanding! This was our first visit to Topsail! Celebrating 2022 was awesome!
