beautiful place to stay would love to go again 🥰

garage door was broken. front bedroom no air conditioning. outdoor pool light not working. greasy grill. unclean floors.

It is close to the beach by bike and the beach area is the best the house is comfortable and beautiful Except when you use the pool, the pool furniture is not safe and little for a family to sunbathe

that when we arrived the pool was full of bugs due to carelessness I imagine they left the door open we had to start cleaning it It has the remains of a ladder with its screws outside and when my child went up he did not realize it and looking for those steps he scratched his leg A single beach bed and another broken chair barbercue we could not use it because it did not make the spark for the fire the water filter of the refrigerator was on needed to change The house felt clean but in the window and behind the bedside table there were pacifiers My stay was good but with these problems, especially the pool, it would have been excellent

It's wasn't waterhirer pool working, so bad for mi ,and extremely care with the house around,decent and low volume music during the day caused problems 😕

Convenient location for beach lovers, 7 minute drive from the Vanderbilt beach, 15-20 minutes to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Springs. Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Mercato, Publix, Walmart. 20 minute drive to Fifth Avenue and Historic district. Not really a walking distance to any beach in hot weather.

Property had a lot of small maintenance issues that were never taken care of by the host company, they own a bunch of properties and just too busy. They keep 9-5 hours and G-d help you if you have an issue on a holiday or after hours. Garage door opener didn't work, so to enter the house, someone had to walk through the door, open the garage, to leave the same in reverse order. Kitchen faucet broken, microwave oven handle broken, grille starter broken. All of that could be fixed within 2 hours and maybe $50 dollars but it wasn't. A maintenance guy came in and said he didn't have the right tools and never did anything and we never saw him again. A skillet was deformed so it didn't get hot on electric stove, of course the company didn't do anything about it, so we just bought one, no big deal, but why should we bother with this? Pool was covered by the massive amount of spider webs, we complained and that was the only issue that was fixed within a couple of days. We stayed for two weeks and simply gave up on all of the above issues and no one ever followed up on all that we reported on day one.
