Location was amazing for accessibility to the center and the seafront. Great sea breezes. Landlord was very responsive to questions. Well appointed, just needs a drying rack;)

Quite noisy early evening...downtown...pro/con. Should really mention in marketing that it is a fourth floor flat. Was great for us, but could be a problem for some.

Excellent location for restaurants, shops, beach and transports. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and functional. Lovely view on the see. Very good wi-fi.

The location was very convenient - only a few minutes walk to the hoverport, bus station, train station, pier, pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with good decor. The WiFi worked well. It was nice to look out at the sea and pier while at the dining table. The main room was of a good size, even with the sofa in bed mode. The kitchen was rather small, but contained everything we needed.

There was no shower curtain, so it was difficult to have a stand-up shower without flooding the bathroom.

Cleaniness, cooking facilities available, bed comfortable, warm. Access to beaches, transport and eateries. Ideal for someone without a car.

No parking. Felt the main bedroom was slightly too small, but still comfortable. Couldn't read the heating controls very well either display is broken or it's in another language. Dirty windows impaired the views slightly, tatty to get to the apartment. Shower was slightly disappointing as couldn't shower easily but got used to it.

Excellent location in Ryde, very handy for the bus and train station, local shops and restaurants. Flat was cosy and comfortable. Igor was very quick to respond when contacted.

Wasn't a problem for us but anyone booking flat should be aware it's at the top of 4 flights of stairs....

Location is excellent along with the double glazed windows which are necessary to keep out noise, but make it very hot.

Noisy neighbour with loud tv and beeping smoke alarm with its batteries running down.

Maybe slightly better facilities at the apartment . Hairdryer and an iron would have been fab. Otherwise 10/10

The flat was lovely, clean and homely, sadly strong smell of the musty old smoke from the entrance hall is noticable in kitchen. Vents?

The entrance hall when entering the building was extremely dirty, the smell of smoke and dirty musty smell was awful. The kitchen in the flat was smelling of smoke. The same smell as entrance hall. It really was a shame and truly needs sorting, we are really concerned about the lack of fire precautions, particularly as a rental property. NO fire doors, NO fire extinguishers and NO fire regulations upheld or displayed! It is quite alarming and concerning being on the top floor with no fire exits or precautions...Particularly when people are smoking in the other flats in the building. I do feel a fire office and booking .com need to view this hazard. The flat is beautiful and the owners have excelled themselves for comfort. . Sadly...when renting out a property safety should be paramount!

The apartment is situated in Ryde's high street, just next to amenities & public transport... Nice apartment for couple travellers... Highly professional & friendly stuffs

Noisy street..

Lovely flat with everything you need, close to shops, beach, buses and trains. Host met us promptly. We had a lovely stay. Thank you 😁
