The property has everything you need and is very spacious. The host was lovely and the location is perfect for exploring the city.

The location was 10/10, the area was safe and clean. There was a well stocked Carrefour supermarket 2 min walk away. Our apt 2 had recently been redecorated and looked fantastic.
There was only 1 pillow and 1 towel per person. The security light from the street outside came through the opaque glass on the door, with no curtain it made the room quite light all night.

The host was very obliging by offering to meet us early to let us into the accommodation so that we could offload our luggage and then drop off our hire car (so that we did not have to try to get our luggage from the car drop off to the accommodation, either by walking or taxi). The clean, comfortable self-contained unit is in a great location, close to plenty of cafes and restaurants and within walking distance (within 20-30 minutes) of most of the Pais highlights / tourist attractions. A fantastic place to stay in Paris!!
Not a huge issue, but be aware that there is an 'alternative' bar across the alleyway from the apartment. This just means that there is some noise and people outside until about 10pm.

The location was perfect for exploring the Latin Quarter and St. Germain. Only one block from the Seine, and approx 1/2 mile from Notre Dame.

very central and accessible. metro station is just around the corner. ideal for a couple on a city break. cafe’s, shops, bars and restaurants are literally around the corner but the property is still really quiet.

It’s location was ideal
The safe was unusable & considering it is an advertised feature, which lead us to choose the apartment in the first place, was a real let down. We had a lot of difficulty with the apartment key opening the door.

Excellent location close to two major metro lines. Easy walking to major attractions and restaurants. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, glasses , utensils and pots and pans.

Isabelle, our host, met us at the apartment even though our flight was delayed. The apartment was modern, clean and in a perfect central location of Paris within walking distance of attractions and restaurants, etc.
Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. We were travelling with friends and so we had two one bedroom apartments in the same location. We all enjoyed our 5 days in Paris.

We had been a little late as our transfer didnt show at the airport. And ended up a couple of hours latter. However Isabelle met us without any problems. Showed us around the lovely apartment and gave us the keys.
Nothing everything was excellent. Lovely apartment, much bigger than any hotel room, big for two in Paris. And location was amazing, we love that area of Paris so it was perfect for us, meters from Notre damm.

The apartment was located in a very nice area and met our expectations. The owner met us on time and explained things we needed to know. We were close to everything. We especially enjoyed the evenings at the outdoor area around the corner. It was wonderful.

Not safe ... whien i went few secends to the bathroom some one jumbed throw the window, stole my hand bag locked the door left the key out side and run ...!! Thanks god I was a 100 Euro only and a bank card that used 20 Euro efore I stopped it and other personal stuff.

overall the place is beautiful and the location is super central. great for exploring sites. super sweet host who waited for me to arrive.
you can’t really open the windows because people smoke right outside apt 4 and there are homeless living at the end of the street. the place definitely gets stuffy as a result. the shower needs repair in apt 4 as water leaks out.

The location could not have been better. just blocks from St. Chapellle and Notre Dame. Clean, affordable and comfortable. Would recommend.
