Our stay at this property was just what we needed to rest, recharge and soak in the sun. Tricia was a wonderful property manager who was "Johnny on the spot" whenever we had a question or needed something. The Westbrook community is simply the most relaxing friendly place to spend a few months in the middle of winter. We enjoyed every minute.

The house is just as it is pictured and advertised except maybe even better. This is a lovely home in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great backyard for sitting on the patio enjoying the sun and the fruit off the trees. Great host!

Just like home, but even better
This home was so comfortable and beautiful, and was stocked with everything you could ever need, inside and outside. Also located in a very convenient location, with stores and freeway within 10 minutes away. We were sad when we had to leave.

The house was recently remodeled and nicely appointed, with a spacious and well equipped kitchen. Photos and property description posted by owners are a perfectly accurate. Quiet, upscale neighborhood. Close to shopping and attractions such as the 83/Bell sports and entertainment complex
The house was spotlessly clean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Lovely back yard and patio with outdoor furniture, gas grill. LP gas fire table, multiple citrus trees, flowers and huge basil plants.

Beautiful, modern and well appointed
Everything about this house and the experience was great. Modern and recently renovated feel. Great communication from the owners and easy check in/check out. My wife loved the citrus trees in the backyard!

The best property I have ever stayed at!!!
This property was just as comfortable as my home and very well stocked. The home had everything we needed and then some. Traci is an excellent host and helped us drastically with our last minute stay. We had to be in the area for a personal issue that was unexpected and they were very accommodating and helped us. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet.

This property was without fault.... very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well stocked. We felt right at home! We had a question for the owner during our stay and we received a very quick reply. Beautiful place to stay
This house had everything we (my sister and I) needed. It was beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio every morning and evening. We would definitely come back. The owner was quick to respond and did an excellent job with the house!

Best rental house that I have stayed at in the area.
The property owners have thought of everything. When we walked into the house they had music playing and left us wine and chocolates for our stay. The house was equipped with everything that you need. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and top of the line appliances. We really enjoyed staying here, and highly recommend this home for your stay.

Perfect!! You won’t regret it!
We have stayed in three of Trish’s home in Westbrook Village. It was our first time in this particular home and it is just as nice as the other two if not better! It is updated, very clean. The home is well stocked with everything you need. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine and chocolates there for us...a very nice touch. We were there visiting our son and his family. Westbrook Village is a lovely neighborhood and just a short drive to our son’s. I’m sure we will be staying here again. Thank you Trish!!

Amazing Property
This home is the absolute best we have stayed at. The decor is gorgeous, the attention to detail impeccable. This homeowner thought of everything! The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was a basket with various bathroom sundries that one might need. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need and more. You can park your car in garage, which is a huge plus when it gets hot. It is located close to so many shops and restaurants, a few of our favorites are 48 State Brewery, Irish Wolfhound and Bubba's 33. Our interactions with the owners were awesome, they couldn't have been more welcoming or attentive if we had a question. This will be our go to for all future trips to AZ. Thanks Trish and Eric!

Very beautiful home. We love it.
We were here for a challenging visit to move my cousin into an assisted living complex. Packing, moving, etc was difficult. Our combined ages are 164. We loved returning to our " home" each evening.

Great Place To Spend A Week To Play Golf
This is a beautiful and comfortable home with extremely well stocked kitchen appliances, cooking and serving dishes and implements. Furniture was very comfortable. TVs were excellent. The owner was very gracious. Home is located very close to excellent golf courses.

Girl’s Get Away
We all loved this house. It was a perfect layout for The three of us to all spread out and quilt! Weather was nice and we spent many hours on the patio catching up after our 3 month quarantine. Accommodations were excellent and the home was more than adequately equipped. We girls have traveled extensively and stayed in many homes but this home was our favorite!

The home was beautiful and had every feature you could need. The owner was very responsive to all of my concerns because of the virus and we felt very safe and comfortable. Accessible location, immaculate home
So close all places great about phoenix! The only caution is that the Westbrook Village community has many clubs and club rules that must be closely reviewed before coming here. If you are a pickleball player - be sure to inquire about when and where to play and pay the fees for this community upon arrival.

Great Place to Stay
The property was awesome, there were a lot of little things included that we were not expecting. It seemed like the house was new, loved the back yard had grille and gas fire pit. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect homey home with everything
This home is perfect. Every inch of the home is updated and in pristine condition!! Has 2 bedrooms each with a large TV. The living room has a huge tv. All TVs have Netflix, hula and other tv apps. Super easy to work. The bed headboard has USB plugs on each side. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was super comfy. The dining room is comfy. Kitchen is fully loaded with everything. You can park your car in garage. Super safe and quiet neighborhood. All you need is your clothes because really they include everything else as if you are in your own home.
Trish and Eric do excellent communication. This was easier then checking into a hotel and you just drive up into the driveway.
Only 1 thing I wish they had was that it was darker in the bedrooms to sleep. They have gorgeous shutters on the windows but I am used to black out curtains. It is good though so we didn't sleep our vacation away.
Stay at this home, you seriously will not be disappointed. It is fully equipped with everything you can think of. It is near stores, restaurants and even a mall and about 20 minutes from Plessant Lake and regional park.
