worms in the bed, the bin was full to the top from the previous guests, everything was practically broken, the AC did not work so it was extremly hot, on top of that it absolutly stunk - the smell was so bad! do not stay here!

The location is great

The smell of the apartment and sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable

Property is good , location is good, also clean but owner talks very rude , he asked Check out 11, we asked 11.30 he gave us time till 11.30 . 11.10 cleaner knocked door . We didn’t open and ask 10min extra after that owner started call and shout to charge for me 1500€ if me immediately open the door ……. Honestly everything is ok but rude service changed mood when we left

The location is great

when we arrived there was only 1 towel each to use. We are 3 girls who need to wash our hair so need at least 2 towels each & a towel for the kitchen & bathroom. There was one toilet roll for 6 days & NO coat hangers to hang any of our dresses up. The Wifi password wouldn’t work & every night when we went in the shower the owner of the restaurant below came knocking on the door to say the shower was leaking into his restaurant. When we tried to contact the owner he ignored our messages. There was no tea, coffee or sugar in the apartment which we would consider basics. On the day of check out we had overlaid & the owner came knocking at the door & shouted at us to get out or he would charge us! we tried to explain the issues we had experienced & that we had tried to message him several times & he was just shouting & being rude to us! The apartment is also advertised as a one bedroom apartment but there is no separate bedroom, it is a studio so is very misleading! There was also water leaking from somewhere under the sofa that we had to mop up daily.

Amazing location and modern apartment. No faults except with the check in process. Really good value for the area! Would recommend if the issue of check in was resolved.

More organizations needed to make the process seamless. Had to chase the owner for the key code to the lock box. Several phone calls, one where he answered and I gave my name, and other detail to which he said he didn’t understand and hung up. This obviously panicked us, however after another attempt we got in.

great location, very close to lots of restaurants, shops and the port. the apartment was very clean. we enjoyed having a kitchen and large television.

the bed was a little too soft and we weren’t left with enough hand soap or toilet paper
