Pool was good and the key pick-up and drop off was fine. Number of emails before and after was very high though. Good to have a few bikes and boards to use and the pool.toys were great. 3 off street parking spots
The BBQ was too small for 8 people, the bushes from the carport need trimming as it is hard to walk through there in the morning or after rain without getting wet. A few loose pavers around the bar and steps. Oven door didn't close well so cooking was a bit slow. Pool cleaners (owners) seemed to just come in, we can't remember hearing them knock, just saw them.walking up the side of the house? No lock on some bedroom or bathroom doors.

In general we enjoyed our stay in this house. and most importantly, the kitchen has everything for cooking and even more
The pool was not clean.
The mattress on the bed in the main room is very soft and not comfortable enough.
A clothes dryer is very necessary especially if it is the rainy season and the clothes do not have time to dry
